We had possessions in storage for several years. When we came recently to clear our the locker, we needed to throw away about half of the items due to rodent infestation and damage. We have also been trying for two weeks to cancel our contract now that we have moved our possessions out. The first time, the sign at the office said "out sick." Since then, three phone calls to the Bair Isalnd Mini Storage phone number requesting a call back to cancel our account have not been returned - this is terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place.

I recently rented a storage unit and Edgar has been exceptionally helpful. The facilities are clean and safe--it is gated and has ongoing surveillance. The prices are also very reasonable.

Being coming here for many years. They always accommodate my storage needs for my business. Electronic gate access and good security. Friendly staff. Storage is getting tougher to find. It's good to have a very local place. Get in get out. Will keep using them.
