Staff tries to be helpful but it took me 3 trips to get the correct battery even when I provided the vehicle info AND even drove the car to their shop. I ended up with the correct battery, but had to do an exchange which they almost didn't do claiming it was a used battery.

My car unexpectedly died far from home - after a very long day. I managed to get a jump and drove to the nearest AutoZone. I was greeted quickly and told Daniel the issue. After a few questions about my car he gave me my options. I asked about the installation and he said no worries, he would install the new battery. I was done and back on the road in under 20 minutes! Very happy with the service. Daniel was incredibly kind and very quick with the installation!

One of the managers- young Hispanic man in mid 30s went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me w my tire issues (hole). He absolutely saved me so much time and headache. I am soooo impressed by his willingness to help. Thank you!!

Came to Redwood City to pick up my daughter and got a notification that my headlight was out. Ask Google for the closest AutoZone to me and wow great customer service. Erika helped me literally came out to my car and installed the new lightbulb so now my car is ready to drive back to San Jose. Thank you so much. Erika YOU are awesome. She goes above and beyond for her customers.

highly recommend this place, lots of auto body shops around here to choose from. Was only getting a replacement battery but these guys were so kind and helpful, walked me through what I needed and helped to install the new battery. As a woman, i often get nervous in auto body stores but the men who work here were so kind and helpful, I’ll definitely be coming back. Fair pricing as well

Rigoberto went above and beyond when no other shop would help, even the tire shop (lost key). He was informative and very polite. He was able to successfully help me and walk me through the process for removing my locked lug nuts. Worked like a charm!! Thank you so much!
