The representative repeatedly attempted to pressure me to upgrade to a full service with waxing, despite my clear statement that I wanted a basic wash.
The wash they provided was not thorough, and the windshield was still dirty after their service.
This is my first and last time using this service.

I go there ones in a wild and today I was working in Redwood City ,so I wanted to gibe it a try again because before the same thing has happened and I even told the sales guy to make sure they vacuum my car well , so I leave and I got to work and surprise!!! They didn’t vacuum my car properly again and they didn’t even open the trunk …

Disappointed experience, the stuff rushed me to pick the most expensive service on the sign and takes barely 25min to finish the $150 cleaning service. Still stains and dust left on my car, all rims, hazy spots on windshield. Very careless.

During my visit to this car wash, I experienced several issues. Despite the place not being busy, staff rushed me to choose a service and did not give adequate time to read the signs. When I selected the basic package, they insisted on driving my company car into the hand washing area, which I was not authorized to allow.
When I requested to drive it myself (since it’s a typical automatic car wash), they refused and asked me to leave. While waiting for another car to move so I could exit, an employee forcefully slammed his fist into my passenger side window and yelled at me to redirect my vehicle to leave through the entrance.
Given this unprofessional conduct, I cannot recommend this establishment and urge management to review camera footage to address the staff’s behavior.

This is the best place in my city, to give it that touch of cleanliness and elegance that my car deserves, I have never had bad service, all the people who work are very respectful and kind, they offer you different options in the service they offer For an excellent price, Personally I have opted for an Unlimited Service, with automatic charge to my Card and I can take my car as many times as necessary at no additional cost to my Type of service.
While I wait, their waiting room is very relaxing, definitely the best service they offer me to always keep my car in a very excellent presentation.

The worst car wash. I paid over a $120.00 for a detail on the inside and was still dirty. I paid for some special leather detail and it was terrible. As I waited I saw other customers touching up their cars because of the lack of quality.

I opted for a gold wash for 43.00 and by the time I went in paid and went out my car was out and already . Never saw it go under the wash line ( maybe missed it ) in 9 minutes they dusted and wiped and called me . I was horrified to see hair and mice dripping still all over which the reason I brought it right away . No inside was wiped clean .
A rushed through job . Had to get a manager to come and she agreed and cleaned it all over again.
I pass it daily and I done see lines of cars any more . I go to Ducky’s mostly and I wait at least 30 minutes minimum for my car to be done .
They need to shape up .
