“I would give Jesus 5 stars plus for top quality body work he did. Additionally, he overheard me having difficulty getting picked up by Enterprise down the street, and offered to run me over there. He was outstanding in both his technical expertise and customer service.
The administrative part of the operation is less efficient. After I got the quote, I had some other things going on that caused me to have to delay bringing the car in. I got bombarded by phone calls from the office until I finally said "don't call me...I'll schedule when I am ready." I expected to get my car back on a Fri., but got a text messages saying it would be ready the following Tues., which would have required a longer car rental. I called and found that this was an erroneous message. However, the next day I got the same inaccurate text again. When I went to pick up my car, I had to find the key and the paperwork for the desk person. Halfway home, I got a call: "We forgot to get the deductible." I had to turn around and go back. They do great body work, but the office needs improvement.”
“I have to say, Nissan did a great job, in particular Jerry Wong my Service Representative. I was in a bad way, my car wouldn't start and it need to be transported to the East Coast where I moved to. It got towed to Nissan and Jerry assured me that it would be taken care of. It could of been anything but it ended up being a blown fuse and they also replaces a recall item. Very happy with Redwood City Nissan and Jerry in particular he is a valuable asset.”

“The team here were absolutely fantastic with my topper install on my RAM 1500, from the sales process through to installation and handover I felt 100% confident.The sales side involved giving a great outline of all the options, benefits, functions and the luxury bits if those are what you wanted - however at no time was it anything other than informational for me to make the right decision that fit what I wanted.The installation side involved a reasonable deposit, and clear timelines that were slightly pessimistic, which was great because the product arrived a week or so early, and it's always nice for little surprises. (If you ordered and somehow it was late, I would definitely not be blaming them, they did a great job of communicating good expectations with me)On day of installation they walked around the truck and took photos/videos of everything - I really appreciated this because again it ensured that we were all on the same page about what truck they received and what truck I got back. Made me confident that IF there were any issues that they would be resolved (ie I trust that they would use the video to highlight any issues, not just if I complained about something that wasn't their fault).Day of pickup involved a full walkaround of all the setup and inspection of all the parts - and then instructions on what I needed to do to tighten down bolts in a weeks time to ensure everything was on track, and a request to visit them again if there were any issues - again something after all my interactions with them I am confident they would be resolved (not that I have had any issues!)Ok, there you go, long reply that was not requested of me, just found myself looking at my truck after a month of having it and realizing how impressed I was and so I came in here to write this.Thanks Custom Truck team, i'll be sending people your way in the future!”

John, Sergio, and Bruce are informative and showed that they care about my car. Pricing is higher than some other shops (still lower than Edge Motorworks), but I'll pay a slight premium for qualified technicians to care for my car's sometimes unpredictable issues. “Amazing shop and owner! We had a very stressful last minute issue right before leaving for a trip with our trailer, and even though the shop was closed Louis picked up the phone and still offered to help us. He stayed late to wait for us, helped us when we got lost, and was overall extremely generous and kind. When we got there, he figured out the issue fixed it that evening, and was perhaps even too fair with the price. You can tell he is great at what he does and cares about his customers and just wants to help them. Definitely recommend coming here! Big plus for having one of the sweetest shop dogs.”
