Auto Master Care is a great shop. I've been going there for close to a decade for smog checks. There's always a few BMWs in the shop for service. They know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Rikhi the manager was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He did my smog check promptly and even gave me a full set of documents. I recommend 100 percent.

In an attempt to find a local non-chain we attempted to switch to this place. My main issues are pricing and now, poor services provided. The first time we went, we had a headlight replaced, fine no problem. The second time, other headlight- expensive at 62$ but whatever. Third time, my husband got duped into paying 560$ for an inspection, oil change, and filter changes. And today, within 4 months of the first headlight being replaced, the bulb is out again.

Perhaps my expectations have been lowered through previous poor auto service experiences, but I was very happy with today's experience. Rikhi communicated well, offered a fair price, and completed my service in a very reasonable amount of time. He also offered advice on future needs but not in an overly-upselling way - more as a trusted advisor. All this has earned him a future return customer.Service: Brakes

I give 5 Stars Plus for excellent service, attention to detail and complete customer satisfaction. Rakesh the owner explained the work that needs to be done on my Honda Accord and some of the work that could wait until the next service time. All the repairs were done on time. Great work! Rakesh and keep up the good work.
