Uh..idk what happened to the place. I have the app that they put out for a reason even tho when I build up points they've seemed to disappear. I love deals and so I was soo pumped to use em . The guy scanned my app and I came up but my deals didn't. I mean this isn't something where I need to click on it first or anything I clearly had it right and I told the guy this and well I was just told oh well. Yeah idk I am kinda disappointed. I guess I won't be coming here anymore. That's not a threat it's just why would I come here now? I looked at what I got and paid an alarming unexpected price. I mean the app says any size cold coffee I want for 1.29. I made it came up to the register and well i just felt awkward and like I'd be causing a scene to say no take it back I don't want it for that price when the app clearly states any size. I honestly wouldn't have even gotten it period otherwise. I explained this and just got an oh well. Now I feel dumb and ripped off. I literally feel like the dumbest person right now for letting myself get fooled like this. I used this app and got suckered into not getting the deal.

I *hate* going here and only go if I absolutely have to. I live super close so it would be convenient, but the people who work here make me cringe. I get hit on by the cashiers - every single one of them - *every* f-ing time I go. It's creepy, it makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable, and it's unprofessional af. There's only ONE guy who works there who doesn't comment on my appearance or ask me for a date. And he is incredibly rude. Smashed my bag of pretzels with the scanner when I was paying. Every time I go, I think, "'maybe things have changed. Maybe it won't be so bad this time." Lo and behold, same sht different day. Pathetic. The only good thing about this place is that it has snacks. Literally, that is it.

I will have to agree with the poor overall rating for this 7-11 Store. I was there on a Monday at 9pm. For Covid-19, customers have to wear masks. Okay, but the cashier, whose behind a plastic partition, doesn't wear a mask or gloves. Also, I saw him handling food without wearing gloves or washing his hands after handling cash. I guess he thinks it's ok, since he's using tongs. The problem I had was that the cashier didn't understand English very well. I asked him "where is the milk?" He said he doesn't understand. I asked 3 times, and finally he pointed towards the coolers. i sort of got the impression that maybe he wasn't really the cashier. Maybe he was just filling in for someone, and didn't quite know what he was doing. In general, the store was dirty and had a damp smell. Store is located on El Camino Real, near Whipple Ave

Can't believe the experience I had here. I went in to look for a 6 pack of mango white claw, they didn't have any so I left. As I was leaving the employee came out accusing me of stealing something? Just because a person doesn't find what they want and leaves the store without anything. Does not mean you are stealing. Employee didn't want to give me his name but he was definitely harassing me and making me feel uncomfortable, as he also took a picture of my car. Can't believe this, don't go there very unprofessional.
