Places like this are hard to come by: family-owned, lots of vintage and other secondhand gems, and great prices. You will find something unique here. I was also really happy with the size range - I found lots of great trousers and suits in sizes 12-20. Lovely, friendly staff as well.

Visiting the area from England I was really excited after seeing the photos online and was NOT DISAPPOINTED! Lots of great quality clothing in many styles and from many eras! I tried on over a dozen great items and ended up taking home a knitted midi-skirt from the mid-90s that still has its original sales tags as well as a fab raspberry pink linen blazer from the 1980’s! If you are looking for high quality second hand items in unique styles I highly recommend. The staff was really warm, welcoming, and helpful.

I've passed by many times, seen the sign and never visited the store. I decided to check it out. Although it's stuffed to the ceiling with "stuff", the manager Norma knows where things are. I was looking for a shower curtain and hangers for it. In a few seconds she found a brand new very nice Nautica shower curtain and a set of those vastly superior ball bearing type hangars. The price was about half retail and these were unused. She's very nice and helpful. Definitely worth a visit. It's truly a family business. I asked.

Mom and pop thrift that just opened after two years closed. Believe me, it’s worth the trip.Prices are really good and much cheaper then GoodWill (I happened to go when they had a 50% off sale which dropped them even lower)I noticed the owner had a lot of paintings and retro prints for sale. Super low prices on these. I don’t have room on my walls or I’d have snapped up more. They have a big collection of vintage wooden frames here that I’ll need to go back and pick through. If you paint or find a print you want to use a vintage wooden frame for go here before anywhere else. This is one of these places that you need to take the time and dig through. If you go thrifting or antiquing a lot you know what I’m talking about, and ya damn know you love doing that. She has some great bags as well. I picked up a Vera Bradley for cheap!!!!! She’s got art glass and some very nice antique clear glass too. I saw two large console bowls that I wanted but alas have no space. In the middle rows I spotted retro kitchen items + she has a lot of clothes. I wasn’t there for those things, but I think anyone wanting to score vintage kitchen should check this place out.I shall be back!

I was in the area so decided to pop in. The store was closing and was starting to bring stuff in. The owner was super nice she reassured me to take my time and not rush. A few other customers walked in as well. Didn't want to stay too long and in 10 minutes managed to find a cute set and cardigan for a decent price. Will definitely come back.

Nice lady runs the place. Lots of variety, men, women, children clothes. Needs a fitting room perhaps 4 poles with curtains. the makeshift screen was a bit too precarious, and my head and shoulders could be seen, I think. A chair would have been nice rather than trying to balance on one foot. Nearly toppeling over. I did find a great shirt. Hard to find vintage pants with deep pockets and a zipper long enough not to damage the equipment. I'll be back. Very good service.

Owner was sweet and helpful. Went out of her way to make shopping a great experience! Shop has so many treasures and sections that you're bound to find something cool to take home. Prices are fair and there's a wide variety of items to choose from.

As part of my New Years resolution for 2019 I decided to only buy secondhand clothing. My parents recently moved to the area and since they live half a mile away I decided to walk here on a whim. Really happy I stopped by! The owner was very nice and helpful, Victoria (maybe?) was her name. She welcomed me as it was my first time here. All the clothes were reasonably priced and organized by style. The purses were more expensive, but 50% off. I got a cute little straw purse for $7. I felt a little rushed since it was close to 5pm closing time so will be back with more time to shop next trip!

I was in the area and saw that there was a thrift store nearby and decided to stop by. The place was small but there was a ton of stuff in it! It was really fun looking through all the racks/sections. The owner (I unfortunately didn't get her name) was incredibly nice, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. I ended up getting a cool corduroy jacket (for 50% off!), a super comfy oversized polo, and some cute hoop earrings. Highly recommend coming here!

Love this store! It is a great place to go, whether it be for shopping or you just want to go on an outing. Stop here if you want something different to do! You will be amazed at all the unique items for sale besides clothing, shoes, bedding, etc. I stopped by just to check it out and spent over an hour just browsing through all the various items. I even found a lovely handbag along with a pair of gently used shoes. The owner was attentive, friendly, and had a great sense of humor! I will definitely come back again. It is a pleasure to support local businesses such as 5th Avenue Thrift Store!

Small, but packed with cool stuff! The time on Yelp is incorrect though, the store closes at 6:00pm not 7:00pm. I will have to go back another time to look for some treasures!
