Great food, great service and seems like everyone is always in such a good mood and so polite. Always good music playing and I can hardly walk past the smell of fried chicken without getting a piece.

We drove almost 20 miles from Myers Flat because I needed a few things. I was scared to walk into this place, it looked so dirty, and it was! Only found 1 item and left running out of there! This store is very unkempt and dirty. One star because I found Tide pods!

Super expensive . They also need more checkers and bag boys. I'm better off spending 50.00 in gas to go north to shop than waste my money here. Unfortunately that's not always possible. 60-70 dollars for a bag of groceries. That's 3-5 bags at grocery outlet or winco.

The employees here is either a hit or miss. It feels like if you aren't a local you won't get treated the same. I watch a lady shake her head at a customer and mouth words to another employee about the customers. Which I find unprofessional and rude. But on another note the prices are great for being in such a rural area, store is clean, and shelves are always full. Hope you guys hire some good young folks soon. These old folks shouldn't be working so hard they be so grumpy

The service was great before the decline after the legalization of marijuana. The management is awesome Mike and Lisa do all they can to get what we need if it's not in stock or they didn't happen to carry it. The deli is amazing always hot good food and never slow service. The prices are higher then some yes but it's all about the fact it's one of two small stores in redway or Garberville and aside from that you get to drive to eureka over an hour away. It's expensive because it's worth the short trip in.

Ugh Shop Smart. I come here expecting to pay high prices when I can't afford the time to go in to eureka for reasonable ones. What I can't stand is that like 4 or 5 times now I get home and something canned or jarred that I bought is expired. Not like expired yesterday, like expired 4-6 months ago. Most recently I bought a Gerber baby food for my child there last week and forgot to check the expiration date before checking out in a rush, got home and went to feed it to her 4-5 days later and realized it expired in September of 2017. Threw my receipt away days ago so can't return. Would be more understanding if it hadn't happened to me a few times before with this place. Soooooo frustrating also considering the same exact jar of baby food is half the price at Winco and expires in 2019.
