Hands down the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. I really wanted to be ok with this place, because it's on my way to/ from work and super convenient. But I've been here 4 times and every single time, the employees here are rude beyond measure. Every single time it's unprovoked. I barely walked into the store and someone is balking at me, screaming things like "WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" or "LINE'S OVER THERE!". It's like just walking into the store offends the people working here. (Come on guys, you're not the only ones working long hours trying to get by... Don't take it out on people...)
Gonna drive further and go somewhere else so I don't get yelled at for no reason.

I have been coming to this FedEx for over two years now dropping off boxes for my business. Recently, I met a manager named Joshua, which seemed a bit intoxicated because he was yelling and a bit hostile as soon as we walked in that he cannot except my boxes. He said they “They do no fit in my shelves I can’t take them!”.
This is ironic because these are the same boxes I have been dropping off for two years now, and when I brought this up, he said things changed and it’s new and in writing now. I asked to see the writing and funny enough the writing contradicted what he was saying (see photo my box was 18x18x16) the writing says that they still accept my size box and when I pointed that out to him he said “I’m not taking it!” and walked away.
My wife also asked him to lower his volume to which he responded “that’s just the way I talk!”

I’m in town for a funeral and needed a photo printed urgently. I wasn’t able to get the 11x14 and the lovely young woman with black hair completed the order for instantly. She saved this outcome completely. I did not catch her name and I wish I had because today she made all difference.

Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come open the allergy section and no one ever came. Pressed the button multiple times and the announcement kept going off but it made no difference. Why put everything behind glass if you don’t have the staff to open it up

This Walgreens is really clean, the employees have always been helpful and nice every time I shop there. The prices aren't bad, but if you use Walgreens rewards and Walgreens bucks - it is as inexpensive or maybe even less expensive than Walmart. They do not sell beer or spirits but there is a 7-eleven right across the street.

Walked in for passport photo and from the moment we walked in they were sending me to the cashier line. I wasnt ready to pay, i simply wanted to ask the man behind the photo counter if they were doing passport photos.
They made me make a line just to tell me that “No they were not doing photos, i asked why and cashier lady said that “their camara was broken”.
I wont be considering this store for any purpose because of the attitude and unfriendly environment the employees have.
It seems like they are miserable to do their job in a kindly manner.

The worst Walgreens and customer service I experienced. Never have I received such negative response! I simply went in for something that was listed in stock and ready for pick up in store, the conversation was cut short with attitude and said "pharmacy is closed", then I proceeded to tell this childish lady with glasses that it was not pharmacy related and over the counter she said "oh somewhere over there". She gave this really nasty look and rolled her eyes because I told her can you show me, when I showed her the picture on my phone of what I was looking for she then said " I don't know how to respond to that" with more eye rolling. What a joke never going back to this spot I feel sorry for the old manger that didn't know how to respond the this late 40's Hispanic lady with glasses maybe she watched mean girls in theaters way to many times.

Very bad customer service. Not even a welcome in. Workers were scratching their dandruff and touching product contaminating everything. Avery disgusting workers for this area. Don't know how a pharmacy store has such sloppy workers

The Service: Friendly service at the counter. The Store: Clean and well organized. Good selections of items. The Parking: Private parking lot, easy to find a spot.

Staff super friendly, super knowledgeable, and haven't tried to pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't need. For years, I have been helped by Marsi, who has provided exceptional help. She is courteous and really values your business, and I couldn't ask for better help! She has also taken my past two passport photos. The Walgreens products, especially for paper goods, are wonderful. Bejon got me hooked on them! He is a terrific manager at this location. If they are out of products, he will match the price for other products if you ask. He is serious about getting everything right and wants you to shop there. The location is sooo convenient. Right across from the mall. I truly love this place and the people who work there! Looking forward to stopping by for my next visit!

I can’t say enough bad things about this Pharmacy location. The male pharmacist/technician with an Indian/middle eastern accent is cold, rude and entirely disinterested in prioritizing great customer service or patient care. I suffer from ADHD which is already a challenging enough condition to manage when properly medicated. As a result of the shortage over the past couple years people like me have been confronted with debilitating anxiety, stress and symptoms of physical withdrawal that makes daily life such a struggle I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I expect a medical practitioner to take extra care in regards to these tough situations considering they SHOULD know how difficult these barriers are. Instead on a monthly basis my experience is minimized, ignored, gaslit and frankly cruel, disrespectful and I will not continue to tolerate such behavior. I suggest Walgreens Corporate get involved to troubleshoot why customers consistently receive Ready for Pickup notifications only to be told the medication is not ready when arriving to the location. This happens on a monthly basis. To boot, rather than empathize and attempt to resolve this poor experience the staff here gaslight you and make you feel like you’re crazy because “you couldn’t possibly have received a call.” Get this team some training and help jumpstart their cold lifeless hearts cause they obviously picked the wrong line of work if helping people wasn’t their primary goal.

Do not recommend ordering photos from here. My next-day printing still wasn’t ready three days later, and was told it would take 10-15 minutes to wait in store for it but I waited one hour. Disorganized service.

Don't go there if you're ordering photos. Customer service sucks. Came in on 11/3 around 3pm. Was the only person in pibe to pick up my canvas. The young girl with reddish brown hair was on the computer, came up to the counter, just to tell me she was too busy to help me. Pointed to the regular line even though I was only picking up a canvas. Horrible customer service. Never returning to this location.
