You all can complain and write almost the same thing everyone else says about the rudeness and horrible service. It will do you no good! Senior Management has and will do nothing. They allow the rude and bad behavior of their employees in the Pharmacy area. And it's the same employees everyone has been complaining about for years! This rude service has been going on for years!!! Sr. Management doesn't read the customer reviews. Walgreens websites doesn't even have a review section anymore. You have to call the Main Complaint number 1-877-250-5823 So, good luck having any changes made. The staff in the Pharmacy area will continue to be rude for many more years to come. So sad! So call the complaint number 1-877-250-5823 and save some of your time writing a review that will not be read by upper management.

Wow - what an experience! The Pharmacists have become so bad! We have gone to this pharmacy for years and dealt with the usually ebb and flow of great staff, OK staff and poor staff. But recently - they dispensed the wrong amount of medication, blamed it on insurance, then said there was confusion so they could not fill it (they had already filled it twice incorrectly) and then said they would call the doctor. They never called the doctor and when I followed up with them about, the Pharmacy Manager told me that my doctor's office was lying to me about the pharmacy not calling. The first Pharmacist was agitated and highly emotional, and her boss was dismissive and told me that doctors lie to their patients all the time.

The worse customer service I ever experienced, they do not even smile when greeting you and it seems like the customer is bothering them when asking for help. They all need to have on-line training classes' in Customer Services. I am an Office Manager of a 10 Billion $ company. So, yes I know a thing or two about customer service. And the folks that work at the Pharmacy in Redondo Beach seem miserable and share their misery with you the customers. Not Good!!! Ever time I go to this store location, there are new employees. Turnaround is really bad, sounds like a Management issue that workers don't stay very long. I am now utilizing Mail Order Pharmacy instead of receiving rudeness from the employees that work in the Redondo Beach Walgreens Pharmacy. Very sad!! Doesn't their management team see the overall 3 star rating and you would think they would do something about it?? It's been this way for years. See other past reviews saying the same thing as I just did.

I normally have such a bad experience at the pharmacy at this Walgreens and wanted to change pharmacists because of this but today changed my mind! Shana and Min were so nice, made me feel at ease and we're super helpful!!

Every time I go into Walgreens it's an amazing experience. My husband, a doctor would take our daughter here as a toddler and she would just be gaga over the toys. Last year Deanna administered a vaccination to her and we were very impressed. The cashier, Kim, my doppelgänger is always pleasant, knowledgeable, caring, and competent. I think people have a tendency to come in only negatively on this app. Kudos to Walgreens.

Pharmacist uses “discretion” to reject non-narcotic/non-restricted medications sent from California doctors because she’s unfamiliar with treatment and unwilling to do any investigation. Avoid this Walgreens pharmacy at all costs.

Rude and unhappy pharmacy staff. I used to use this pharmacy all the time because of its convenient location, but I've had enough of the resentment that the pharmacy staff seem to have for the company and take it out on the customers. I have moved my prescriptions to CVS a few blocks away, and the pharmacy staff there are a lot nicer. I do blame Walgreens for clearly not treating its employees well, but at the same time those people don't have to work there.

I go to this place pretty regularly during the weekdays and have been happy with the customer service at the pharmacy and the front counter (it's why this review gets three stars instead of one). The same can't be said for the weekends as I encountered the same rep for the first time that a recent poster commented on as having horrible customer service skills. Female White 50's Short-medium dirty blonde hair Around 5'5" The issue I had is that I wanted to pay for a transaction with cash because I was in a hurry and the rep was doing Walgreens annoying thing of upselling charities at the register by making me push buttons on the keypad. The weekday reps at this location, AS WELL AS EVERY SINGLE RETAIL BUSINESS I'VE EVER GONE TO, just hit a button at the register to bypass this if I tell them that I'm not interested. This lady decided that I wasn't going to purchase anything until I answered the question, even though I was paying in cash. I decided that was enough for me and took my money and went elsewhere to get what I needed. My guess is this employee isn't going to last at this location. (Here's a hint to Walgreens, if someone wants to donate to a charity, it's very easy to do by way of the internet on our own. When a retailer tries to do it by forcing it on you, I question if the motive is to get a tax deduction for Walgreens for the donations we give at the register).

I was forced to come to this pharmacy after Rite Aid closed in Redondo. I've since been a half dozen times or so. The folks up front are friendly and often give a hello when I enter the store and checkout. The ladies in the pharmacy on the other hand have been so rude every time I've been. They both - one dark haired and one blonde woman - have a better-than-you attitude and act like you're interrupting their day. There's a younger guy that tries but he often needs to go ask them for help and they can't be bothered to come give a compassionate explanation why they can't help you. I've also watched this happen with two customers as I waited in line to be helped. I won't be back to this location after today - and I always spend about $100 on drug store necessities when I go (making sure not to check out with those items at the pharmacy - god knows how that would go over). I don't write many reviews but I was pretty livid today. Reading the reviews here, I'm not surprised to see consistent comments about the pharmacy manager and others. What are you doing Walgreens corporate?

DISCLAIMER: This is a ZERO star post and more so a WARNING about this location!!I was accosted, threatened, harassed, violently attacked with vicious foul language and followed out of the store by the clerk!!!Last Sunday evening I visited this location with my 13yr old daughter. I was looking for something in particular. When I realized they didn’t have everything I needed, I placed back the bottle of juice I previously picked up. As we were walking out the store, the clerk approached me and started to accuse me of stealing and being an awful mother. What proceeded to happen will sound like a horrible scene out of a made for tv movie episode. I am not going to relive that moment by writhing all the details.I called corporate and was told I would here back from management…..that never happened.Be warned:Clerk:FemaleWhite50’sShort-medium dirty blonde hairAround 5’5”Wears big black chunky orthopedic style bootsNever in all my years on this earth have I ever experienced such vile behavior. My heart aches that my daughter witnessed this foul creature.
