In this store all the employees including the manager are rude racist and treat customers badly on three occasions they have been rude and above all RACIST.

Don't go there if you're ordering photos. Customer service sucks. Came in on 11/3 around 3pm. Was the only person in pibe to pick up my canvas. The young girl with reddish brown hair was on the computer, came up to the counter, just to tell me she was too busy to help me. Pointed to the regular line even though I was only picking up a canvas. Horrible customer service. Never returning to this location.

I was redirected three times during my phone call to try to find a prescription and the staff was very rude and not willing to be helpful. I spoke to female on the phone didn’t get her name but I wouldn’t advise anyone getting prescriptions here

I really wanted to switch to this Walgreens. It's new, clean and convenient. Unfortunately, the kindest thing I can see about the pharmacy staff is they are incredibly incompetent. I've switched from all Walgreens after so many problems with filling prescriptions at this location.

The customer service that Joshua Scheipe delivers is quick and friendly. Joshua has been very helpful when finding what I need every time I come in to store. Other employees aren't as approachable and patient as Joshua is. This location needs more Joshua's. Nothing beats great customer service, ask him what you need and he will prioritize it.

This Walgreens is awful. It says that they open at 8am. I went and it was not open, yet there was plenty of team members inside walking around. Another customer arrived at 8:10am and we both were standing and waiting for them to open. At 8:15am, a team member came Slowwwwwly walking to open the doors. Opens the doors and walks away, no "good morning" no "sorry about the wait" NOTHING! I went to the photos area to grab my pictures and the same Team member was there. I said hi and gave her my name for photos. She had zero personality and was so unkind. She kept saying ummmmmm what type of pictures? What's the name so after repeating myself 3 times to her she found them. I went to pay and she was also the cashier. She was in her personal phone, and made me feel like I was bothering her. Finally she rang me up. At this point it is now 8:45am. I understand that everywhere is short staffed, but hey you choose to work at this place, be grateful that you have a job that YOU applied for. Show up, and be kind! I will not be going to this location again. Oh and I'm being generous at giving it one star, because my photos were done correctly.

Horrible pharmacy!! Jessica the pharmacist denied giving me my prescription for wanting to pay out of pocket for my meds! How ridiculous is that! Very unprofessional...

I was definitely just racially profiled and discriminated against at this Walgreens location by the associate "Cecilia" and her manager "Manuel" I bought an abreva last night for my grandma and when I got to her house she told me she forgot she already had one so today I came in to return it 100% unopened in tightly sealed packaging and with the receipt and form of payment- Cecilia looks at me and says "ID!" .... I'm confused because I have my Receipt, it's unopened, and I have my card... so I POLITELY asked "why do you need my ID?" She then flips the computer around and says " LOOK! LOOK! LOOK!" It's right says right THERE! AND IM CALLING THE MANAGER!" She storms off and gets the manager. I remained as calm as possible because at this point I cannot believe the level of disrespect and Lack of professionalism I'm facing. Manuel comes out and I asked him why I needed to show my ID if I have everything I mentioned above and he says "ITS POLICY" I asked where on the receipt or website is that mentioned and he just shrug and rolled his eyes. I realized I wasn't going to get treated like a decent human being here so I took my ID out and asked for my cash back. As I turn around Cecilia is laughing and rolling her eyes. I'm really sorry to take it here but Cecilia, without customers like me you'd have no job. You need to be professional and do your Job. You cannot get angry and emotional and burst out at a paying customer because of your personal life or issues. You won't have a job if you keep this up and honestly that's your own fault. Manuel- you need to learn to coach your employees on the customer experience expectations. I have never in my life been so disrespected while being completely in the right here. I'm currently at home telling a party of seven how disrespected I was at Walgreens and they will all tell 7-10 more so good luck in the future. Definitely will be creating a customer dispute about my experience.

Attentive pharmacists and calling the pharmacy is a breeze, allows me to refill prescription and even expedite the process thru the automated call. The phone bot was actually efficient

I was willing to wait how ever long it took with the pharmacy. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes only for them to hang up on me. Unprofessional. Again I'm not complaining about the wait. Just for hanging up on me while I was waiting. Because they picked up(didn't say anything), put me on hold again, and then they answered again and hung up.

The worst service of any drug store. Went with my mother to see if she could get the covid booster. Did not have an appointment as her English is not great and she is not savvy with the internet. I came to visit and suggested we go get her booster as she is now eligible. Went to this location. Pharmacy was empty. Nobody in line. Asked the pharmacist if she could get the booster. He asked if she had an appointment. I said no but could we please get one since we were there and they didn't appear busy. The guy looks to the other pharmacist who shakes his head without looking at us. Said we need to make an appointment. Told him we called before coming in and no answer. To which the pharmacist asked why we were calling when we could have booked online. Rude dismissive lazy and useless seems to be the theme of this pharmacy. We left and went up the road to CVS. Waited in line at the pharmacy. Asked the same question. The guy behind the counter says sure. Takes her card does the update and administers the shot. So pleasant , helpful and kind. My point being all that took less time than going back and fourth with someone lazy and committed to saying the word NO. In a climate where we are supposed to be encouraging all Americans to get the vaccine in order to eradicate this virus this is an absolute disgrace. This location has taken on the service mantra of "we can't do it" I had a cart full of things I planned to buy that I put back. Not giving a location that hires people like this one cent of my money. Torrance residents head to CVS on Redondo Beach Blvd if you prefer Beijing treated kindly and with respect. Thanks for nothing Walgreens!

Beware of condescending pharmacists at the consultation window. No matter how grave or minimal the issue is, people who go in for a consultation are there because they need help. Pharmacists who try to dismiss the issue and speak to you in a condescending manner should have no place in healthcare. i strongly suggest all patients being their issues elsewhere, where there are individuals who really care.

Beware as your tests will get lost! My husband and I made appointments to get our PCR Covid tests completed on 8/14/21. They told us that we would get our results in 24-48 hours via email or we could contact Aegis Labs and provide our ID numbers that Walgreens provided to us. Neither of us received our results. We called the lab and although they had a record of our appointments with Walgreens, they shared that they didn't receive our samples. My husband and I called Walgreens separately. They told us that they ship out tests, including Saturdays, everyday. They do not track shipments. Walgreens told me, "Well, no one else has called in that they didn't receive their results." This was untrue as my husband previously called in.
