I was paying for my groceries when the cashier pointed out the window, and said to the 2 bagger guys, that girl just walked out with a cart fill of stuff.
When I asked why one of them didn’t go out and stop her, they said, “not me”.
So you and I are paying for the blatant theft with no attempt to stop it, report it, or even block her from stealing there again!
Disgusting business practice.

Your cashier- Keith is very rude. On two accounts I greeted him when he was behind the till- both times, he ignored me. Today, I made sure I said hello loud enough, again he ignored me. The bag gentleman greeted me back, as obviously he knew about Keith’s behavior. If Keith doesn’t want to be in that position and wants to be rude to customers when they initiate the acknowledgement and he gives them silence, I believe you should remove him from that position.
We do not need people to think Riveria place is unfriendly.
Your store doesn’t accept Apple Pay, yet there is picture of Apple Pay logo on the car machine?
I had to fetch my card from the card …Keith rudely yelled at me “why you still here, go get your card!”

This location needs some improvement. The aisles are not fat friendly, and they advertise potato wedges after 10am, but I've been there numerous times and there have never been any. Also, I saw a lady steal a bag of ice while I was loading groceries into my car...I dont know how safe this area is. The ambiance was...interesting. Stick to the Trader Joes nearby.

Do not go here if you're buying ingredients for a Mexican dish. They only have ONE type of Mexican cheese (which is out of stock 90% of the time), they do not carry crema, conchitas, bagged herbs/spices, dried peppers, etc. Go to Ralph's around the corner instead. They have it all.

stay far away from this vons grocery store as they are the kings of price gouging. please boycott this vons on palos verdes blvd. groceries are expensive enough without blatant price gouging.

I was schlepping around searching for some last-minute Chanukkah/Hanukkah items. I looked everywhere. I finally called this modestly sized Vons and spoke with Jackie, who was honest, and surprised that they did not have more to offer. After speaking with this blessing of a being, however, I had to meet her, so I made the trek from far North (Redondo) to far South (Redondo), to prove that such a mensch (good person) existed. We did find a box of Chanukkah candles, thanks to her help, but the real gift of that second night of Hanukkah was Jackie. Her store knowledge and positive and helpful attitude made all the difference. She turned my frown upside down. So Sweet Holidays to all, Merry Christmas, Jackie, and a happy new year!

Small Vons serving the local community. Perfect for a "normal" shopping list. Couldn't find Canadian bacon, but plenty of other ham options! Clean, well stocked and helpful staff

They have a decent supply and clean enough, which covers the basics. Compared to other area stores, prices on the high side, way too cold (maybe high prices needed to cover the a/c bill) and deli counter guy watched us stand there for 5 minutes until he closed to to tell us he was just now closed. But he pointed us to the pre-packaged deli section which was only half stocked. There were a few people in the store shivering and quickly trying to pick up a few things, so I guess the location is a plus for some.
