Linda and Nguyen are the only reasons I still shop at this Vons. They are friendly, professional and know my family and our pharmacy needs. I have a much more convenient grocery store and pharmacy within a short walking distance from home but as long as both Nguyen and Linda are at the pharmacy- I’m there.

Stop by Inglewood Vons nearly every day on my lunch break, recommend the club sandwich at the deli. A wide variety of kombucha.The checkers are friendly, and great job Kathy who usually bags my things. - Miller

If your just looking for small haul normal grocery shopping I recommend vons because it’s cheap and it’s never crowded (unlike Costco). On top of this, the cashiers and baggers are always really nice. If you are strictly healthy/organic Whole Foods is probably the better option because I have noticed limited options for some foods.

While shopping at Von's, I have stopped by the pharmacy many times to ask if they have any Sudafed with pseudoephedrine. The woman always, every time, says " Um no I'm out. Check back next week." I've asked at least 10x over the last year. Now my dr sent in a prescription yesterday for a medication I need urgently. I called the pharmacy 8x to check if it's ready and there was never any answer. I left several messages. Nothing. I went there and first she couldn't find the prescription and then after a wait she said " oh I'm out of that. Check back next week." Never ever will I go to that pharmacy again!!! The absolute worst!!!!

I came here because they were close to my house and they were the cheapest in the GoodRx list. What a mistake. It took multiple attempts for them to receive my prescription electronically - my Dr had to eventually call them and then they finally "got it". I started my daily calls to them asking when it would be ready. They kept saying tomorrow until eventually they told me they couldn't get it after several days. As in they couldn't even order it. So I called another pharmacy to transfer the prescription - when they called to transfer it Von's said they didn't have the prescription necessitating another round of phone calls. After a week of this insanity I am going out of town and won't be able to get the prescription in time. Von's pharmacy is the worst I have encountered and their employees know it. One of them said to me after a few days of me waiting for my prescription "we are a small pharmacy - you should go to Costco" Unbelievable - avoid!

For the second week in a row there were no carts available. I ended up having to use a baby car seat holder one because absolutely no carts are available. Nor have any carts been disinfected. I ended up hurting my fingers trying to get the carts apart and they were only two baby carts and nothing else. I ended up seeing a whoer that was grabbing one card from the parking lot and when I told her the situation I told her I even hurt my finger she laughed. She then stated that she was the bagger and there's one other person collecting cards but no one else was seeing. Obviously there's an issue at the store that needs to be addressed. I don't shop at the store by the way I have clients that I assist with shopping at the store believe you me I will never shop at the store.

I came in one morning to grab some cinnamon rolls. All 6 self checkout lanes were closed and they only have 1 lane open with a big line. After standing in line for 9 minutes I gave up and just left. I don't understand what's the point of self checkout if they're closed? What's the point of having a security guard if he's just on his phone? Not to mention this store is extremely dirty, small selection of groceries, and terrible customer service.

Came in to buy some items from a weekly ad. They checked that the items I bought qualified but their system for did not ring up the discount. Spoke to the store director Alberto who flat out told me there's nothing they can do and would not override or honor the discounts from the ad. Alberto had a frustrated and poor attitude as well. Just an overall poor experience.

I shopped at Vons yesterday to pick up a couple things for Thanksgiving. While I intended on just getting some sausage for stuffing, I ended up spending over $90! They had a great deal on bone-in rib-eye roasts for $6.99/lb with their digital coupon. Kudos to the younger gentleman in the meat department. I was looking for a smaller sized roast and he located one for me in back. I also found Haagen-Dazs ice cream pints for $2.99, with required purchase of 5 items. No problem! It's my favorite grocery store brand. And since I received my vaccine at Albertsons, I was able to apply a 10% off coupon towards my entire purchase at either Albertsons or Vons. Surprisingly, I was expecting the store to be packed the day before Thanksgiving. With a little patience, I was able to shop and be on my way in a reasonable time.

This Vons is very convenient to go to when you're headed to the pier. You can stop in here and get wine, water, snacks, as well as sodas or whatever else you would need to spend a day at the beach. Or if you wanted to have a picnic at the beach. There's even a coffee bean here. The supermarket is easy to get in and out of from the street. And there are lots of self checkout registers you can use. I would come back here.

This pharmacy just is not good at all.They hardly ever have anything in stock.Me and my girl have came here countless times for two separate different types of medications that are really common, and every single time they direct us to costco “because they just ran out” or ask if we can come back another day while they put in an order.you’re a pharmacy, figure it out.

Made a quick stop from the 405 freeway. The entrance was well lit and open. The aisle were spacious, not overly filled with extraneous items. Well organized and free flowing. Although, I only needed a few things, I walked around to get the full experience. Needed help, and the staff members were very helpful. I plan on coming back.

Disappointed that all the produce I bought today were rotten and moldy. My grapes and raspberries were moldy/rotten. Also the salad I bought smelled spoiled the moment I opened the bag up. Extremely disappointed with my visit and will now be reconsidering this vons to not be my go to.

I was at self checkout today 4/19 early afternoon. There was a deal on strawberries $2 with just for you. Getting to my car noticed I was charged $4. Went back and young lady who was supervising self checkout was rude and a smarty pants. Unprofessional. She accused my family of already using deal. And I gave her my phone to check if I added it. She didn't see deal. I just wanted a $2 refund and I told her I don't want to have to go back to the car. Well, with her accusations I jsit went to get strawberries and got a refund of $4. I don't know who does the training here, but she dropped the ball. All she had to do was give a $2 refund. So whoever trained her, trained her to have the store lose money. $4. Terrible. The fact that she said it was fine for me to do my refund, was really condescending for her to say. It's too bad. I really don't go to this vons for a reason. I also tried calling the store and no one was answering. Thank you for responding. To my review. I hope there will be some type of training involved so employers know how to treat customers.
