Ed has been absolutely amazing in the selling of my father-in-law's home, his residence and the family home for the past 50 years. This was a complicated transaction as there were two families involved, both living out of the area. Ed was able to approach both parties with ideas in such a calm, confident and respectful way that helped everyone reach consensus on all decisions. This was at a time when mortgage rates were high leading to a cooling of the market, but with patience and the ability to understand the needs of his clients, Ed was able to sell the home in a manner that was inline with everyone's wishes. I worked with Ed to find my first home purchased. For three weekends straight, he scheduled every home that fit my criteria from Redondo Beach, West Torrance, South Torrance to Palos Verdes. It got to the point I can predict the floor plan of the home when we parked on the driveway. Yes, I saw that many homes. There were a few homes I made offers on, and he made the process of submitting offers or counter offers so seamless via electronically. He was easily accessible via phone, text and email during the whole process. Once I got my offer accepted, he got the inspector to the home the next day. Two weeks later he handed me a key, because I got the home I wanted. Till this day I could not imagine living anywhere else. His relationships with Realtors in South Bay speaks volumes, and he lives and breaths South Bay. When other Realtors ask me "Who is your realtor?" they genuinely will tell me "I love working with Edward on a transactions." My reply, "I loved the home Edward found for me, it was great working with him too!" Thank you Edward for finding my dream home!

I just bought my first home and Edward was amazing! He found many listings in my budget and was honest about properties when we looked at them. I was so nervous making that big of a financial commitment and he made the process so easy! When I made an offer, it was painless. Everything is electronic and he was accessible via text, phone and email all the time. The counter offer process was simple and I closed on the first place I put an offer in. All of his recommendations for contractors, loan officers, etc. were amazing and I have further recommended them. If you are looking for a real estate agent, look no further. He will really take care of you and make you laugh along the way.

Edward found my wife and I our dream home in our favorite neighborhood of Seaside/Candy Cane Lane. He was able to tap into his professional relationships to find us a pocket listing that was surprisingly below market value. No other realtor could have made this happen for us. Edward was patient, we never felt any pressure and we felt like he truly had our best interest in heart and mind. Realtors don't get any better.
