Showed up at 9:15am, just a few minutes after the post office opened up, hoping to avoid a long wait in line. Boy, was I mistaken! 7 people in line, and only one postal employee assisting customers. The line moved like molasses!
What a beautiful location, but such a shame that the customer experience is so poor.

Great branch, one of the only ones that has the automatic machines which really helps speed things up. Helpful employees. Lots of products and services available here.

Just in case anyone on here is not aware, USPS is a government service. This means that not a single employee has any motivation to do good work, or innovate anything. Occasionally, you find a nice person, but in general, I am horrified when I find I have to visit the post office (or the DMV).
