Took in six yes six watches ... for batteries. We all have those fancy apply things but it's nice to power up and wear something unique and additionally this store has some epic wrist candy.

Let me start off by saying this watch store IS INSIDE the SOUTH BAY GALLERIA on the THIRD FLOOR.Plenty of parking and easy to access.The prices are very good, Excellent customer service, Perfect variety of quality watchesHighly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about TicTime! I work at a dental office nearby, and stopped in Nordstrom Rack after work. When I left, my battery on my key fob stopped working with zero warning. Turns out, if the battery is dead in a Honda, you also can't use the actualKey to manually open the car (incredibly stupid design issue). I walked to target, no batteries of the correct size. I then walked to the mall, and decided to pop in and see if they by chance had an appropriate battery. They did, and said it would be $8. I said that's perfectly fine, I'll pay whatever, I just wanna get home! Not only did he replace my battery, he didn't even charge me! I cannot speak highly enough or thank them enough. A small act of kindness that I am eternally grateful for! I will absolutely be returning here in the future for any watch repairs I need!

I brought in a watch to replace its dead battery. The young lady installed a fresh battery as I waited. The whole process took about 15 minutes. She was very courteous and the price was quite reasonable.

It was Presidents Day and for reason I can't fathom, every watch repair shop in my area was closed. My son was in town from Baltimore and had broken his watch sparing with my punching bag. He was leaving out that same afternoon and I relay wanted to get his watch fixed. I called Tic Time after driving to 3 locations that did not indicate that they were closed and the gentleman assured me that he was open. I took my watch in and within 20 minutes, the watch was repaired and I was able to deliver it to my son before his flight departed. Thanks Tic Time for helping a Dad help a son!!

scam shop. They sell fake watches in store and on Amazon. Do not buy from them because you will be scammed. They deleted their Amazon reviews for good reason.

I needed to replace a battery in a watch I called a bunch of places and all of them said they were either too busy or I would have to leave the watch for a couple of days I called this place and they said they could take me showed up less than 10 minutes and I had a new battery in my watch fast easy and friendly service.

Sam and Jazmin are Awesome. They went out of there way to find me a rare watch band, and they had the Casio G-Shock model I have been looking for. Support them the South Bay Galleria, and small business.

After being taken advantage of a couple times by other watch repair shops, I stumbled upon Tic Time. I called prior to coming in and staffs and owner was very nice and seemed confident. The service from Tic Time offers so personal and they will take care of you well.From now on, all my watches will be done by Tic Time.Bring your precious timepiece here.
