Our daughter has been going here for 2 months and we love it. We are absolutely blown away with how much she has learned and developed in such a short time. The teachers here are so kind and caring; we know our daughter is being looked after with lots of love when we drop her off every day. The curriculum is phenomenal, nothing like we could ever offer our daughter at home. They do all sorts of arts and crafts, music, STEM learning, clean-up/personal care learning, sensory activities - truly could not be more thankful for everything they offer. You get an email every week with the next week's curriculum and menu which is so helpful. They also do fun activities like a fall family festival and holiday spirit week with different dress up days. They also use an App to provide updates throughout the day like diaper changes, how long your child napped for, what and how much they ate at snack/lunch time, and share pictures. It's awesome. Couldn't recommend Launching Pad more. We are so blessed our daughter is able to go here.

Please be aware that this facility only serves Northrop Grumman employees. They should've made their website only accessible to the internal network of Northrop Grumman, or clearly mark it on their website. The tour they gave us was nice though. Staff there were friendly too.

This place is a mess--please read this if you are seriously considering sending your baby here! My baby started at the Launching Pad in September (4 months old). Day 1 there he was bit on the nose by another baby that was crawling and obviously had teeth! It broke the skin and still to this day has a little mark on his nose. There were 4 adults in the room when this happened so I question how closely these kids are being supervised.2 weeks ago I went in to pick up my son who was being sent home sick. 75% of the babies in his room had been out with very serious illnesses (RSV, Roseola, pneumonia). I stopped in to talk to the director about the cleaning procedures because I NEVER see anyone cleaning there and the place appears kind of dirty. The director called me the next day to say they were so offended that they were kicking my son out effective immediately!! I begged and pleaded but she wouldnt reconsider. The next week I got NG's rep involved with the regional manager over Launching Pad. The regional manager and the Launching Pad director came back and admitted I was wrongfully kicked out but at that point there was no way I could send my baby back there even if they would take him. The director there is a big problem from what I hear and I heard I am not the only one who has been treated so poorly. I was so inconvenienced and had to take the rest of the week off of work to find new day care. I can't believe the director is still there!
