I really needed a pair of boots for this event tonight. This was the only store in the mall that had the boots I wanted. Saw that this placed closed at 8 on Yelp, but when I got to the store the gate was halfway up. So I went in and was asked to leave. Asked what time the store closes, lady said 6. I pointed out it was 5:50. The lady then proceeds to say they close 10 min early. I don't care if you fix your hours now, I have no plans to come back.

All I have to say is wow. It has been a while since I have experienced beyond amazing customer service. When visiting I was greated by the manager monique. I first got a welcoming greeting and she asked if I needed any assistance. She let me shop peacefully while also mentioning sales without being over bearing. When I had any questions she was more then happy to assist me in any witch way possible. You won't regret checking out this establishment.

The 4th Basement is a delight to shop at. The custumer and the presentation of the store was clean and very well thought out to cater to there customers. Stop by and check them out you won't regret it.

The 4th Basement is a cool store! I love the lay out of the shoes. It's like dream shoe closet! They have a lot of variety of shoes and it's not stuffy to look at. You have to see it for yourself! Customer service: Very good. They are friendly and easy to talk to. Available Shoes: Mens and women shoes (work/casual) young teens (Vans & Converse etc) , little kids and babies. Brand name shoes (Uggs, Steve Madden etc) Check it out! They have great shoes and great prices! My elderly shoes is only $20 I'm a happy customer!
