Paul, Mike and Omar are an incredible team. I changed my riding platform to trainer status and they still service my road bike like it is their own. No problem too big or small—so resourceful, knowledgeable and they fix it right the first time. Best place to take your bike for any service.

The shop put an 11 speed derailleur on my 9 speed, which ment the bike was awful to shift and didn’t reach all the back gears.
The mechanic never mentioned anything and said the gear issue was because my chain was too short (trying to get me to buy a new one).
Took it to a different bike mechanic who was absolutely appalled. Not only was the derailleur wrong but the cable was way too short.

As always great bikes, great service, great helping find THE RIGHT bike and most of all GREAT PEOPLE, wouldn't get a bike on the simple side all the way up to the most sophisticated, they can HELP with them all!

I brought my brother in-laws bike into 2 other shops for a brake adjustment and they all told me that they were too busy
and next week they could adjust it.
I walked into Sprocket Cycles and even though they don't service my particular bike, the mechanic adjusted my brake (free of charge) and I was on my way, faster than it took me to write this. Made my day.

My wife and I stopped by Sprocket Cycles because she needed a cycling jacket and we wanted a rack for our tandem. The staff was very helpful and we go just what we wanted.

I recently purchased an e-bike from these guys. From helping me pick the bike to the test tide, to purchase, and then subsequent visits to purchase accessories and have them do a couple bike adjustments, Paul and his team were so helpful and incredibly patient. What a great experience! Would highly recommend Sprocket for anyone looking for a new bike or requiring repairs!

The service department which is staffed by skilled technicians, is a real plus. Highly recommend.
