Where do I even begin!? Gigi is not only incredible at what she does, she is also an incredible human! Upon stepping through her door, I immediately felt so cared for. She made sure to give a very personalized approach to addressing my skin needs and desires, as well as educated me with so much knowledge on how to properly care for myself and my skin. So thankful to have found her. I have been to many other places, and I can truly say that no one does it like her. I cannot say enough thank yous and praise. I can’t wait for my next facial!!

I am in the middle of having the jet plasma facial and, OHHH MY GOSH…I am already seeing spectacular skin tightening and lifting results! I will post again after treatment but, I highly recommend Master Esthetician, Gigi McConnell if you are considering having a NON SURGICAL face lift!

I am glad to take my first step to visit SBB where I met Gigi. Gigi is a very warm and welcoming person. She is very knowledgeable and passionate of what she is doing. She took the time to explain and elaborate all the opinions she can offer. Gigi’s interest is not only to provide with the desired treatment but she stresses on how to keep the good results.Previously, I have been in a medical spa but at Gigi’s things are different, she helped me make the right treatment for my skin condition and I cannot wait for my next visit. SBB is very cozy and relaxing place to be!

No one else produces results like Gigi! I’ve had other facials but every time I go to South Bay Beauty, I have a noticeable improvement in my skin. I have acne scaring that I’m trying to get rid of and just three visits with her, my skin is much smoother. I’m trying to get that Wedding Skin by next spring so I will be visiting a few more times. The price is worth the results you get. Gigi is also super warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Gigi is peace and love! I am a cancer survivor and needed desperate help with my skin. Gigi knew exactly what to do and what products to use. I felt like it was a personalized facial. She showed me how to use products in a better way, and also added a couple things to my regiment. Im so glad I found this place!❤️❤️❤️ I was a little nervous coming in but she has a very soothing and calming demeanor that puts you right at ease. The entire process was relaxing and I walked out with my face glowing. I cannot recommend her enough. She is very knowledgeable and I really hope the treatment she recommended for me will help my vitiligo condition in some way. I am excited to see the changes in my skin in the coming months ☺️

What an amazing experience! Just wowwww! My face is genuinely happy and gosh does it look/feel better. Ms.Gigi is such a beautiful sweet, gentle soul. Wow! I'm so impressed with everything Gigi has to offer. She is incredibly experienced and spent a lot of time prior to my facial going through so many interesting facts and details about my skin and how to take care of it. This personal attention to detail was all before I even started my facial with her. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and cares for her clients in a way that you wish all business owners would. The facial was relaxing, rejuvenating, and I saw immediate results. I was so excited about the new future for my skin that I walked away with many of her wonderful products that she has to offer. Saying that I highly recommend Gigi is an understatement. She is one of the best women led businesses that I have encountered. You will not be disappointed in working with her.
