I like how my negative review of this place was deleted in short order. Never go to this place they are completely ignorant and rude and asked me if I had a problem in a threatening way rather than trying to help me they tried to tell me that they had no idea what I was talking about when they very well should have. The cashier was an idiot and the manager was worse. Do not shop here!

Smart& final has certain items you can't get anywhere else per quantity. Associates could be a little friendlier.

Out of stock on a lot of produce for a Saturday afternoon at 1:30. And cashier was not friendly and unhelpful, young girl with short straight across bangs. So disappointed as have had friendlier service here in the past.

Where is the ZERO star. Today I went to the store (I rarely go as I live in Hermosa but thought I'd try it out again). I used the restroom and there was a "click here to lock the door" button. I've never seen that before! So I clicked it. I was in there for less than 2 minutes when someone started bashing on the door. I finally went out smelling fine like I always do with my cologne with FOUR employees waiting for me. Okay, no biggie, but then....I'm paying for my stuff at check out (super nice checker) and some manager comes over to me to BERATE me about how I shouldn't be locking the door (because it scares people lmfao)! LMAO I've never even seen a "lock the door" flashing button in my life! And she told me TWICE not to do that even after I told her I NEVER go to your store! I'm telling all my friends and all social media to stay away from the sub-standard establishment. Yikes.
