10/10 working with Smack and Bill. Since the creation of our volleyball club, we have used Smack and have never had any major issues. Easy to work with their designers and their quality is A+. Any small issues have been resolved right away with clear communication. Don't listen to the any of the negative reviews. Smack gets the job done.

They helped me out even though I wasn’t a paying customer. I brought in a USC football jersey where one of the logo heat seal detached. They gladly heat pressed it back on no questions asked! I believe this says a lot of their business model and if I ever have any needs, I will be sure to return and contribute to their business.

We have used various uniform companies in the past few years. Smack is the first one we will be using again. We pride ourselves on "cool" looking uniforms. I'm more happy with the customer service I received from Bill. As every Club Director knows, there will be issues when it comes to uniforms. Working with Bill made all of those issues lesser. He understands when issues arise and does everything he can to create a solution to the problem. We currently have them working on some "custom" jerseys and I can't wait to see how they turn out! I highly recommend Smack Sportswear!

Stay away. If I could rate 0 stars I would! They have poor customer service and are very unprofessional especially Geoffrey! They do not admit to their mistakes on orders and blame you for them and expect you to pay the full order. Even when the order was incorrect/ or missing items etc shorts and or jerseys. Beware of this companies poor customer service. They would rather take the time and cuss you out and verbally abuse you than resolve the problem they created with your order.

Great customer service! The zipper on my daughter’s volleyball bag broke off, and after I was unsuccessful in finding someone local to repair it, I contacted Smack directly to see if they could help. They sent a new bag (embroidered and all) to our residence free of charge. Quick shipping as well. I appreciate the time and effort you took to make sure she had her bag as soon as possible. Thank you so much!

Placed an order on Dec. 30, 2019. Here it is Feb. 23, 2020 and still have not received the order. Contacted the company with no response. Finally, messaged them on Facebook and I was given a tracking number (that was created the day I contacted them) and a delivery day of Saturday, Feb. 22. Still. No. Order. Horrible experience for our club, coaches and players from this unreliable company who clearly lacks in basic customer service 101 skills.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences with a company I have ever had! I placed an order November 20th with the expectation of the order being delivered before Christmas. Order never showed. CEO emailed on Feb 3 guaranteeing we would have tracking numbers and our orders by the following weekend. Nothing!! Never a response to any emails that were sent but I know they’re being read because in my last email, I requested a refund (club season is halfway over now) and I got the refund but never a response to my email. Someone couldn’t take the time to respond and even let me know that I should be expecting a refund? How disappointing that this is my daughters last club season and you cheated her family out of spirit wear!
