I have bought a couple pairs of Jordan’s from there and the customer service is outstanding. Their prices are much better than most athletic shoe stores. I highly recommend.

As soon as I walk into the store, I was greeted immediately. While browsing, I had Chris ask me if I needed anything. Once I was checking out some shoes, carlos and Chris helped out with all of my questions. They were kind enough to explain how size differences work between men and women sizes, also walked me through how to place an order online to ship to home . Store is clean and over all a good vibe

So I went to this location not knowing they were closing at 7pm on Friday March 29,2024. I saw a guy cleaning (Bryan) and asked if they could make 1 more sale cause I knew what I wanted. He asked (Omar and Carlos) they said yes and opened the gate back up and let me purchase the shoes. I really appreciate the great customer service they showed me. These guys made my night by going above and beyond even though they were closed. Thank you so much!!!

This is surprisingly one of the better Shiekh Shoes locations located inside of the South Bay Galleria mall. The location is well kept the shoes are always organized and it's neat and clean. The manager Hugo is very knowledgeable about shoes in his very helpful. Also sales associate Janet stopped and took the time to help me out with whatever I needed. Will definitely come back to this location again; I am very pleased with their service.
