Nice place to get most things, but why are the dressing rooms closed every time I am there? It's hard to buy a pair of pants without trying them on (and simply holding them up to my body doesn't work for me). I have asked for an explanation, but haven't yet received one.

This store is extremely overpriced, I used to bring donations to the store on a regular, in return, they used to give a really good discount on one item coupon and then they stopped doing that .. now it's sign up for digital coupon which I did .. ( no perks for dropping off donations anymore :-( ..) anyways I went into the store. I was looking through the racks and I found a black scuba material midi length dress very simple cheap spaghetti strap plain dress with the ruffle at the bottom dresses say that they are 899 I believe formals are I believe 1299 blue tags today were half off this dress is a size 10 I am usually a large size 1112 but since the material is stretchy and it's Skuba, I figured I can try it on well. The store has not had the dressing room open since Covid and I'm not sure why they don't open them anymore ? But I figured if the dress is half off of 899 it's gonna be around 4 or five dollars. OK fine I'll take it . Then along the way I found a long sleeved open cardigan like top/wrap/ cardigan? ( vintage) this item was with all the long sleeve tops/rack. This item also had the blue tag which was half off today and long sleeve tops are 699 so half of 699 was the reason I took it too. at the register, the tall lady with glasses, black lady charged me 12.99 ( blue tag) 1/2 off 6.49 for the black dress, I politely asked her. What did she charge me 12 something for and she said that the dress I told her this dress is not a formal dress and she replied back well you can't take this dress to the office I was shocked at her reply and I told her this is not a formal dress. A formal dress is considered a prom dress a wedding dress she looked at me like she did not understand English and I just told her to remove it. I told her it's a simple black dress cheap scuba material, like many others that are on the rack, she just stayed quiet and removed it. The long sleeve top said that she needed to charge me like a "jackets/coats" because it had buttons I told her which item is a "jacket/coat"and she pointed out the long sleeve cardigan and I told her that I found that on the long sleeve top and she said "well I'm sorry. I have to charge it as a coat jacket because it has buttons".., I told her take that off too... it's time waisted and it seems like the store is really trying to overcharge things that are not CLEARLY THE ITEMS WERE NOT JACKETS/coats or FORMAL DRESSES. Idk the lady at the counter maybe was in a bad mood, or wanted the items for herself or must be burnt out being a cashier at her job. Please teach your employees what the difference is between clothing items! ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS: please look at your receipts and watch what this cashier is charging/overcharging because "she is correct ".

If you are looking for clothes you may like this location because about 90% of the store is clothing, other items are very limited.

My husband took some baby clothes and toys to this location for donation. He was turned away because the donations employee did not take a minute to look at the contents of the donations. The toys we understand cannot be taken but the baby clothes should have been. I called the location and spoke to an employee and a manager and they said" oh our guy has been here for 20 years he wouldn't do that". I let them know that he did and that them being dismissive just because he's been there for so long is not alright. I did not appreciate the managers attitude towards this situation because we've let it go in the past when we've tried to donate items and the donations guy has seen us walking towards him and immediately is like we don't accept that .

Love this store and everything they do for the community. The staff seems nice and helpful as well. The selection could be better

Big selection, pretty much a deal any day you go. And the taller black woman with glasses at checkout is wonderful. Their changing rooms have been "temporarily closed" since COVID and remain as such now

This year, giving holds a special place in my heart. Despite facing illness and spending time confined to bed, supporting the Salvation Army became a source of joy for me. I encourage everyone to contribute, emphasizing that it doesn't have to be grand or peculiar - any act of kindness makes a meaningful impact. Let's unite in generosity and make a difference together.

Definitely recommend. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful (almost like Trader Joe's). I dropped off donations on a walk in, no appt needed. I also purchased some chairs and they even helped me load it in my car with their dolly. The place is organized and as clean as a thrift store can be. The aisles are clear, clothes are organized by color, and employees are always organizing items. The place doesn't smell old and musty like other thrift stores, and the clothes don't look dirty. So for having an organized clean store where you can find what you're looking, I think it's worth it that some items are priced a bit higher than other local smaller thrift stores.

cheap prices but can't bring things back and changing rooms are closed. Shop at Goodwill instead. At Goodwill you can return and use changing rooms. 0/10 experience, don't recommend.

I am only giving them two stars for donations. I moved and wanted to donate really good stuff that I had to part with. Unfortunately they only take donations on Wednesday. The guy came running up to turn us away as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. I was disappointed and thought it was just a shame. Seems to me like they need more people to help with donations.

You can find some good home decor pieces in here! Now the pricing is out of wack. I don't understand why thrift stores are expensive nowadays but not a bad spot to check out!

Great service. They came to my car and unloaded my donations and had a receipt ready to go.

Fitting rooms closed but no returns/exchanges. No point in shopping there.

Usually not crowded unless it’s a 50% off day. I am a male of average proportions so it’s often hard to find gems in my size but I have found so many great things here and for a ridiculously cheap price. I’ve been a couple of times and have gotten my favorite hoodie from here but today was 50% off and I got a pair of swim shorts and a button down tee for $4.50 total. I feel like salvation army’s are definitely one of the best thrift store chains and this location does a good job :)
