We visit this store often. This store is clean, and well-staffed by the most courteous and professional staff. It is managed very well as all aspects of service and stock are outstanding. The personnel and management provide the best services and products. Waiting time is always brief as all personnel are very responsive.

I was followed around the store from the time I walked through the door. Every aisle I went down, a male employee followed me to each aisle asking if I needed help. I then asked for $20 cash back and was told they did not have $20 in the drawer, I was flabbergasted. I am a black women; that was extremely unsettling and the manager was of no help either.

My husband and I have been coming to this store for a few years now, so this review reflects the culmination of our experiences there. The store itself is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you need something, chances are, this Rite Aid has it. However, the pharmacy is a different story. My husband's prescription is on autofill, yet when the time comes to fill it, they constantly "have to order it" and then we wait another week in which he doesn't have the prescription he needs. Apparently, they have no way of being able to have the drugs that are on autofill in stock and ready at the time they need to be refilled. Last month, it actually didn't even come in a week late so the pharmacy staff checked and realized El Segundo had some, and so my husband had to drive to El Segundo to get it. Inconvenient for sure. But it gets better... and because of that, they refilled it at El Segundo again this month despite my husband talking to the pharmacy staff a week before the autofill was going to happen this time to make sure they would pre-order it and have it in stock. They said they would do it, they didn't, and then sent the refill to El Segundo. When he called them, obviously frustrated, the person on the phone just sat there, silent. He asked what needed to happen so that they would have it on hand when he needed it, and they just responded, "Would you like to pick it up at El Segundo then?" No apology, no sense of even understanding why this is an issue, nothing. It's pretty clear they just don't care.

Horrible customer service. I had an online order that I was retrieving from the store. Upon entry there was 3 lines one for self checkout which was empty, regular checkout which had a line & online pickup which had one person in line. So naturally seeing online pick up I entered that line and got to the clerk to pickup my items and a black older woman stopped what she was doing to stop my transaction and tell me to get into the checkout line and cause all the customers in line to look at me like I jumped the line. I asked her isn’t this the signage for the line that I’m supposed to be using. She stated get in line and wait your turn. Now I’m African American and she did this in a room full of older Caucasian patrons. Why did I get singled out for using the appropriate line and in the manner she did. Horrible service.

Visited this store over the summer and I can say the store was nice and clean, plus the employees were all real helpful. Found more things then what I needed.

Rite aid is a little on the pricier side when it comes to pharmacies but they have good deals. I love getting good deals on my holiday decor here! Usually find good stuff at 40-50% off when I shop closer to the end of the holiday. My daughter loves the thriftys ice cream portion of the store of course, so always a good time when we go. Glad they have self check out for quicker check out!

love this store as their employees are top notch and caring. they keep the store neat clean and well stocked and it make shopping here very easy. they are my go to store for just about all my needs and happy they are in my area.

This store has plenty of parking and the store was clean. A few shelves were bare. I guess it's because of the bankruptcy of the Company. I was able to find my teeth products and the store personnel were nice. TOO BACK THAT RITE AID IS CLOSING! I really enjoy visiting it's stores. I love the ice cream. It's costly compared to other places BUT the taste is the BEST!
