Not sure if it was a slow day or if the lady following my daughter & I around the store was nervous we were going to shoplift or something. My daughter & I love to visit thrift stores every so often just to see if we find any hidden gems. We had already visited 2 other stores and decided to try this one. Of course there wasn't anything for kids but my daughter doesn't mind at looking at stuff for me. She's also well aware of certain brands, which doesn't really matter but I felt we were being monitored closely. All for what? We walked out with nothing bc there wasn't much of a selection in there for me. Some of the things are priced very close to the original pricing and aren't exactly well maintained for the price. For the record, I noticed others greeted and allowed space but one lady was making us uncomfortable.

Several Negative experiences here. How you treat customers says so much. lacking good customer service. There's an attitude, not pleasant. Will find another consignment shop. There are many more to choose from!

Selling experience was awesome! Took the store credit since I shop here monthly. s/o to Chloe who was awesome helping me out and through the process while I shopped. She set up my account so when I go back they have my store credit amount in the system. Yay!

Great experience selling my clothing. I had a lot of stuff to sell so the owner Alicia recommended an appointment. I dropped off my items, came back an hour later and had a very informative and nice conversation with Alicia. There were several walk-in sellers that day but the store was well staffed and they were able to accommodate my appointment, the walk-in sellers and the customers. While I didn't stop to shop that day, the selection appeared to be impressive and well presented, especially the jewelry. I will definitely return to this business, both as a seller and a buyer. Thank you Alicia and Return Style!

What stood out to me was how warm and friendly everyone was. I had fun chatting with the employees and even the customers. I'm an extrovert, so I enjoy this kind of camaraderie. If you're an introvert who wants alone time, I think the employees and such would sense and honor this. The selection was fun and I liked a lot of the items. I ended up not buying anything because I was only looking for jeans and most were too long for me (I'm 5'1"). I'm open to going back another time when there are new items in stock. Looking forward to it. Easy parking and easy to find.

I have both bought and sold items here for over 25 years and have always been welcomed with genuine kindness and outstanding professionalism! Its easy to see that all the merchandise here has been carefully curated for the benefit of the customer. You gotta check this place out if you want to score a sweet deal!!!

This consignment store is a hidden gem. As a Retail Therapist I never leave this store empty handed. Their eye for fashion is on point, they are so professional, knowledgeable and definitely fashion savvy. The designer labels and price points are amazing. This store is perfect for a fashionista. "It's my happy place!" This store is a vibe!"

Honestly wish i could give no stars. Me & my boyfriend walked in and the girl at the cash register was sweet & helpful. Told us to go to the back of the store & someone would help us out & as soon as i went back there, one of the older women looked at us & automatically sighed like she was annoyed that we were there. She was so extremely rude and said my clothes were too worn out & had weird smells when some of them were worn once and majority with tags. She went through maybe 2 or 3 pieces and said she wasn't going through the rest and aren't buying today. Do NOT go here unless you're 40+ yrs old and white. Very judgmental environment & I'm saddened because the reviews seemed so great.

My daughter and her boyfriend went and were treated very badly. The lady was rude to them, and kept huffing and puffing at anything they asked or said. Can't help to think it was because they are a young interracial couple. Pretty disappointing.

I believe this is the best consignment shop in LA County. The owner, Alicia, and her staff are always very cheerful and professional. I always bring my items here and look around while I wait. Their items are well curated, sophisticated and upscale.

I LOVE this place! Great customer service and my items came asap and were perfect, like new! I will definitely visit the store in the future.
