A one dollar credit card surcharge for 2 small bottles of coke seems high to me. I won’t be back.

They charge a credit card fee and have worse prices than Market & Liquor a block east

You won't get a lot of conversation from the staff, but a clean, well stocked liquor store. No diet soda except for coke. Parking is wonky as it shares lot with Dollar store. Slow down well before the driveway or you'll miss it.

6 dollars for a bag a Cheetos. Not the big bag, not the tiny bag. The small bag. Couldn't believe it. Told him he was crazy and walked out.

As I walked down Artesia Blvd this was the only store open on Christmas day. I stopped by to purchase our office pool Lottery tickets for the big Mega Millions prize. The cashier was very nice but bored because no one was out and about on this holiday night.

I do not like to give a one star review, however, each and every visit has lowered my expectations for this place. On my most recent visit the posted price for two 12oz Red Bulls is $5.33. The clerk asked for over $7.50 cash. I informed him the posted price is $5.33 for two, he insisted tax. I asked him to do the math for me. He remained still. I did this mental math... 10% tax of $5.33 is $0.53 + $5.33 is 5.86 + 2x of 0.10 crv = $6.06 - you're too high.He shrugged his shoulders. I wrote this review. This place is expensive and predatory. As a resident of North Redondo Beach I suggest you avoid the 2 liquor stores on Artesia Blvd west of Inglewood Ave and east of Vail Ave. except for 7-11 where I always have smooth transactions.Regarding the response from the owner that he is sorry that I have a problem with all liquor stores on Artesia,... yes - you are sorry and no I don't have a problem with all of them, just the two that are between Inglewood and Veil. Stop being a thief and respond to your business practices. You sure didn't have a response when I confronted you.

I love this market. They are helpful and friendly and try to have or get whatever you want. It's a true "neighborhood" market.
