Wife & I enjoyed our 4 day stay. We had a very comfy, clean, and spacious king room with relaxing bedding. Pool area was well kept. The entire staff was professional, polite, and friendly. The hotel location was a close walk to excellent restaurants around the marina.
Nearby activities: Close walk to great restaurants.

I live across from this place & the weekends they have DJs are the absolute worst. It's like Now That's What I Call Music Volumes 1-10 on full blast for 2 hours. It's ridiculous how much the music sucks, can be heard for blocks & they don't do anything about it.

It’s been about 28 years since I last visited Redondo. Staff at reception and bar area were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the 12pm checkout time. Rooms were dated, but the housekeeping staff certainly did their best to keep it clean and comfortable for guests.
If you really want to be by the pier, local food etc, this is a great hotel location for that. However only when we walked around and saw the local vibe over at Hermosa Beach did we appreciate the more robust and active retail, dining and overall community beach scene. I can’t say if there are better value hotels at Hermosa, but this location is just a short walk over. The availability of fresh Starbucks at the lobby bar was super convenient.

Family Reunion held here at the end of Junec 2024. The location alone made this a wonderful experience. But the staff, rooms, and service put an exclamation point, making it excellent. Andrew, thank you for your help and flexibility. Plan an event here, and you will receive A+ service . I love that they had the bar available with food and beverages throughout the day and night. Everything was perfect.
Nearby activities: The pier is within a 10-minute walk.
Walkability: All of the happening activities are nearby. You can also walk to the Hermosa beach pier in about 25 minutes. Great location!

Walk across the street, and you're at the beach/harbor! Great restaurants nearby. We'll definitely be back.

Hilton Diamond member here. I love the tapestry locations in general but this one is less than ideal. It's an old, literally stinky, hotel that they slapped some new paint on and called it a day. The AC unit in the room LITERALLY blows directly on you from less than 2 feet away, the bathroom smells like sewer water and the beds are TERRIBLE.

I was hesitant to book the hotel because I saw many bad reviews and up until the day before the trip I had considered getting a new hotel because I was so nervous. The day, I was supposed to be upgraded to a better room but the app didn’t automatically do it like it normally does so I went in to check in and to my surprise the person working the desk was so friendly and made sure to upgrade my room for me with no issues and without me even asking. From then on I had nothing but great interactions with the staff of the hotel. Every single worker was kind and accommodating the whole time. The pool/jacuzzi were really nice too. The weather was kind of crappy but with the heated pool and really nice jacuzzi we were still able to enjoy their services. The hotel is in an amazing location just a 5 minute drive to hermosa beach which is a stunning place. The only qualm I have with this hotel was the air conditioning in our room was pretty old and didn’t get very cold even with it set to 66. But other than that I have no complaints and I look forward to coming here again :)

I don't know what's going on here, but I have to assume that whoever runs this place just couldn't care. There aren't any massive issues, just a whole bunch of small ones.
List of issues:
- The room has this muggy / damp smell
- There is no central lighting and even if you turn on all the small individual lights the room is dark (opening the curtains helps, but it's a ground floor room)
- I got the feeling we were disturbing the woman that checked us in (not unfriendly per-se, just very disinterested)
- The safe doesn't work
- The bathroom vent is full of dust
- There is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, apart from one hook on the door
- The rack for hand towels is installed upside down.
- The toilet paper holder is installed far from the toilet, and is hanging crooked
- The shower head is green with rust (or whatever water damage caused it), and the chrome plating is coming off
- The caulking around the sink is pretty shoddy. Not that it really affects anything, other than the overall feeling of no one caring.
- The closet doors are too tall for the frame and hang sideways just to fit. They then obviously don't slide properly.
- The bedframe is starting to come apart
- The bed sheet isn't big enough to cover the full mattress and only goes down 80% of the way to the frame.
- The ironing board has some sort of non-stick / slippery cover so trying to iron your shirt means that it just keeps slipping to the floor.
On the plus side I will say that the bed was very comfortable.
It's definitely over priced for what you're getting. We chose it because of the Hilton name, but in this case it's definitely not synonyms with quality

This was the second time I had stayed at the hotel. Not a bad spot, decent pool/jacuzzi, I really liked in the room especially the beds but unfortunately where this falls flat is the Staff.
The woman at the front desk double charged me for my stay, and when I noticed it in the moment she said it would be reversed and ofcourse it wasnt so I had to track down the manager of the hotel.
I had to call the hotel like 6 times before someone could help, It really bothered that this could have been prevented the second i said something when I saw the charge when I gave my credit card for incidentals.
Considering I made a comment in the moment and they still over charged me by $400+ that feels like a situation where the manager should offer some sort of credit or gift card, but nothing just that he reversed the overcharge (which still hasnt shown up in my account)
bad customer service.

In general it's an alright hotel. Room servicing was suggested every day. Our room had a strong smell of some building material and we had to keep the window open all the time. When we wanted to have breakfast at their restaurant there was not much to choose and some repair work was constantly performed next to our table, so we decided to find an outdoor cafe. The day we checked out we forgot some clothes in a closet, so we called them the same day to let know, we're gonna get back to pick it up. The next morning we returned to the hotel and only half of our clothes from the same closet "were found". The big items like mine and my husband's jackets magically disappeared. And it had not even been one day since we left. We didn't even get any apologies about the incident. We certainly are not planning to return to this place, but for those who are visiting I want to say: watch your clothes!
Noteworthy details: Our clothes were stolen.
