I hate shopping here. I put everything I was shopping for back just yesterday. The lines are way too long and they keep 1/2 the self checkout and regular checkers closed. Disaster.

The visit was a learning experience. A new prescriber changed the delivery method of a prescription and the pharmacy was concerned about it. The prescriber's office was unresponsive to the pharmacy calls. The Pharmacy Tech Ann-Marie and the Pharmacist Ms. Mary were accommodating. They took the time to help me understand the difference in the prescriptions. Pharm Ms. Mary explained the differences in terms I could understand and she suggested options for me. They took a reasonable amount of time with me.
Before leaving, I witnessed Anne-Marie assist another customer. Anne-Marie was explaining a delivery problem to a customer professionally and courteously. Anne-Marie has assisted me on multiple occasions. She is friendly and has an upbeat personality and a warm disposition. She easily answers questions or engages the pharmacist for additional help. Anne-Marie is why I use this pharmacy.

I will say going to this pharmacy is wonderful. The people are nice that work there. They’re understanding they go through your prescriptions. They tell you what’s best what to do to take care of yourself. They always let you know that they’re always there for you that they’re there you could always call them. They’ll tell you about your prescription when it’s done, I love them they’re my one stop shop and they get a drive-through so you don’t even have to go in the store. If you didn’t want to if I can give them more than five stars, I give them billion. .? ????♥️??♥️

They cut you off when you are speaking when they assume they understand your situation to transfer meds from another Ralphs to call the other Ralphs, before you even finish telling them WHICH meds you want to transfer. They are overly rushed and stressed you out. I had more than one pharmacy tech or pharmacist cut me off. I cannot recvomend this pharmacy. My OTHER Ralphs pharmacy (farther away) operates much much better, especially the day when the best pharmacist works. The people who man the phones here should just not pick up the phone if they are going to be abrupt and rude and cut you off and give you a panick attack by the way they treat you, especially when you are already clearly on meds for anxiety.

I bought a Calypso Lemonade from there last night and there was a clump of mold in my drink. I went to check the expiration date just to find that the bottle was so old the date had rubbed off the bottle.

Absolutely terrible service. You'd expect a pharmacy that is responsible for medication to be more empathetic but even that's absurd apparently.Never once have I been contacted when my prescription is ready, and the technicians are rude and incredibly disrespectful.Don't waste your time or money here, and find another pharmacy that can take your prescriptions.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Do not come here. Never once have I been called when my prescription is ready. People need their medicine and yet these pharmacists have no care in the world. I was told to come back multiple times by 3 different people, and after doing so, was turned away again and told to come back days later. Terrible service.

Pharmacist needs continuing education regarding telehealth law. When your opinion interferes with your ability to do your job and care for people, its time to change to another profession. I have practiced medicine for almost 30 years and never had anyone speak to me that way. I cant imagine how my patients feel. "CMS Confirms Provider's Home Acceptable for Distant Site Telehealth Services" March 24, 2020 in HEALTH LAW NEWS ''Privacy concerns Since your home is now your business address, this may raise privacy issues for you and your family. If you are a telehealth-only clinician, there is no reason to give your clients your home address, but you may want to make certain it's not listed on insurance portals if you are concerned about clients knowing where you live."

I would give zero if possible. Staff is RUDE and confrontational. Treat customers with disgust and contempt. Think they can over rule Drs orders. Changing pharmacies and will never return.

These people have zero empathy for their customers. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Always friendly and helpful, even loaned me a few pills when my insurance switched until I could get it worked out. Been going here for years. The drive thru is super convenient. Especially during Covid times

The main pharmacist (the guy) is the rudest person ever. He tells you one thing and does something different. Some people depend on their meds every month. He told me would fill my script but when I called he told me it will be the next day. He also acted like a child and hung up on me and would put the phone down to ignore you and comes back on and says are you getting what I'm saying. I'm not child so how dare you talk to me like. He needs to be replaced ASAP no matter what the deal is a patient is always right. It's our body and we know the things we feel and what's wrong.

They gave my mother THE WRONG MEDICATION. Twice. That is a hugeee mistake and completely unacceptable. The staff have horrible customer service skills and they seem annoyed when you come to them with issues or questions.
