If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My partner has a very rare illness that requires a lot of bloodwork routinely due to the number of medications she is required to take. She scheduled an appointment with this location for 10 AM on a Thursday. When she arrived she was told all of her paperwork she completed online needed to be emailed to them, and "emails take 15 min. to receive." She emailed her paperwork at 10:05, and despite regularly walking up to the front desk to inquire about her paperwork and appointment, she still had not been seen by 10:55. She had another doctor's appointment at 11 across town, so she had to leave without getting her bloodwork done. She called me in tears because this is not the first poor experience we've had at Quest. While she was at her other doctor's appt, I attempted to call this location. Every single option on their menu leads you to a recording that tells you to visit their website, then hangs up. Finally, I selected the option for "Providers" which took me to another list of options where I finally was able to select "speak to someone". I attempted this 12 times, and every time the phone rang 4 times, went to the voicemail box, and said "the voicemail box is full, goodbye" then hung up. So, to summarize, I called them 12 times in a row, no one answered, and I couldn't even leave a voicemail. This seems intentional. Absolutely horrible. I also manage a health clinic, and we partner with Quest. I wish I could say my experience as a vendor is different, but Quest is notorious for this awful customer/patient service.

Google doesn’t give a 0 star option but If u can go somewhere else, do it. Took my sister in for her blood draw, they poked her 4 different times just winging it to find her vein she was in pain the whole process since they moved the needle around and they didn’t care that she asked them to stop. Had to get 3 diff phlebotomist to try none of them were able to. My sister has been in pain the past week I’m sure they poked her nerves trying to find a vein. Not to mention, I have to take her to get her blood drawn again because they messed up something else and the lab couldn’t take the specimen. Dont know how they have their license. Go somewhere else if u can.

I had a blood draw recently and the technician tied the tourniquet so tight my arm is badly bruised. She also had bad attitude. Thank goodness my insurance is moving away from this company.

Cynthia is bad, she is lazy, heartless, unprofessional with a bad attitude.
1. When we walked in, She was playing with her phone, siting in the corner. Too lazy to move at all.
2. I do not see how Cynthia is qualified to be a trainer? She was rude to me, I am sure I am not the first one she scold step out while I drop bottle of water for the patient, she could say it professionally or nicely. I let go of that.
3. Patient ask for smaller needle, as he had heart transplant and is in a lot of pain. Needle pain is very sensitive due to his vein condition. Cynthia lied, this is the smallest needle, which is a lie, as the next lady give patient a way smaller needle and things went very smooth in the next room. She had the face try to fool use we have procedures? Well, what procedure? Ur policy said do not give patient in pain a small needle?
4. Patient had enough of her rudeness and coldness. And find out she is the trainer, and she is not doing her job, poor trainee was trying to figure things out herself. Trainer is just too lazy to get up or say a few words.
5, she shd be alert the moment patient walk in. Evaluate the situation, either do it herself, or show how is to be done to the trainee, Not letting trainee poke around a patient like this. He has been suffered a lot. Of course Cynthia is too lazy to move or teach, she is also too cold to even care.
Thank god the other lady is very skillful and nice. Poor trainee deserve a better trainer. Don’t be like her.
If this is my Business I would fire her right away, lazy and stupid and rude is not gonna work in this industry. Will only destroy ur reputation.
Patients be aware. Don’t let Cynthia “bully” you. Or touch you. I doubt her ability too.
lazy and rude ppl won’t go far in life.

I was taken inside within a minute of my appointment time. The blood draw was painless and didn't even leave the faintest bruise. Within 10 minutes it was completed and I was on my way home. EXCELLENT!

The woman I had on March 14 was amazing. So kind and calm. I didn’t feel a thing. I’d be back for her alone

The women in the green nurse gown today should not work in customer service. She is so unnecessarily rude.
I arrived around 1:28 and saw they weren’t opening until 130. A few minutes later I knocked on the door which was still locked. One of them eventually unlocked the door. I just had a quick sample to drop off and she made such a big deal out of nothing. I signed in and she was overly aggressive and being short just because she had to do her job. Once in awhile we all have bad days but I couldn’t believe this women.
