Good Bargain clothes

Some cute clothing but terrible return policy with the fitting rooms still closed. All stores let you use fitting rooms again and this store is still keeping them closed. What is the owner thinking. This is the only reason why I haven't bought anything in this store.

Dead mall walking, Macy's, Kohl's, and an AMC theater are the three anchors for this mall, the rest is mostly smaller no name shops, dozens of empty stores mean its not getting any better soon, The food court has limited options, Del Amo is a much better mall.

This was my first time coming here and I have to say this mall is very empty but quiet which I love because I really don't like going to a mall that is packed. This mall is beautiful and the restrooms are just gorgeous. I never seen restrooms in the mall that are so clean and pretty. I think it's great that they have a nursing room as well. I will definitely be coming to this mall again.

Mainly decent mall with a very random selection of stores, plus some sort of overpriced dinosaur themed place with mini golf and activities...? An interesting mall that's for sure!!

The South Bay Galleria in Redondo Beach, CA, is a fairly large mall. It's not the SoCal type of outdoor mall that I have grown to love, however, it is a very family-friendly one. My kids really enjoyed Wonder of Dinosaurs: There are a few other shops that offer an environment for kids from toddlers up to teenagers to let off some steam. Parking is free. Food court is alright. I'm not big on mall food courts, though. There are two Wetzel Pretzels... a good fattening pretzel snack with the jalapeño cheese. Mmm mmm... Lol. Close to the 405 Freeway.

This is a nice mall to visit especially if you have children. A movie theater and multiple game areas and businesses are located on the third level for older children. Younger children can ride a very cool electric motorcycle. The food court is on the third level with many food options available for the whole family.

On a recent visit to the southbay, it rained everyday so we were looking at places to go without relying on the outside conditions. We had already been to the more popular and packed Del Amo Fashion Mall and looking to spend some during the day. The Galleria is very obvious from the main drag of Hawthorne Boulevard but I think lacks the modern facade updates that attract shoppers. I had expected to go into a deserted mall with neglected and dilapidated conditions. To my surprise, the mall is kept in tip top condition even as many of the storefronts are vacant. There are still anchor stores such as Macys and Kohls. The mall interior is very spacious and with a lot of nice high skylights which on this day only showed all the rain coming down but I can imagine a typical Southern CA sunny day with the sun shining through. There are 3 levels of shopping with a good food court on the top floor. Everything was in good order and noticed all tables being cleaned as soon as diner left. We spent some considerable and more than I had expected time in this hidden gem of a mall. I really hope that the Galleria can get some new tenants in and bring more traffic in.

Ahh the South Bay Galleria! *cue dreamy music, harp dramatically playing* I remember frequenting this place often back in high school on weekends dressed to the 9s to people watch, spend money and to be seen lol! This mall has aged very well, as have I ;) There's a "skate farm" - indoor skate park, and has sort of a carnival feel to it *Massage place *Virtual Reality *Cinnabon *Indoor air-soft *3d/4d Ultrasound *food court is YUMMM *resting area near restrooms and even a breastfeeding private room *dinosaur 2 story jumper thingy majig place *movie theater *no name AND big name clothing and shoe stores -We even rode some indoor motorcycle things (the name escapes me) and they were super fun. It was pretty cheap too! I'm sure I have missed quiet a few stores but all in all this mall has gotten even better with time, the new layout, the new stores, the new security was even polite!! 100/10- whenever I visit this area- I will come here to shop and or enjoy

There wasn’t any non cropped shirts...they had a horrible selection of clothes. The employees there weren’t welcoming whatsoever. The prices there are decently low for normal quality clothing but they have very little clothes for certain people. In specific there was a lady at the register who had a very judgy look plastered on her face....which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She didn’t look at the other people in front of me like that...how am I different from the rest? It made me feel as if I didn’t deserve respect.

One of the best malls in South Bay. The mall is clean and well maintained.

This mall is nothing spectacular. While there are three floors, it just seems so small. Lots of the stores have closed and its just a never ending system of store closures, its hard to keep up with what stores are still around. I mainly come here for the AMC movie theater because its usually not crowded if you go before 12pm (plus the movie tickets are cheaper) or to have dinner at Red Robin. When it comes to shopping, I am definitely going to stick with the Del Amo Fashion Center. This mall just doesn't cut it.

I urge you to not shop at this store. The employees are really kind, however this store has the most rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful store manager ever. I had bought some pants and after trying them on at home, I realized they did not fit. That is when I had to drive back and exchange them for a different size and style. When I was getting ready to pay they told me they could not exchange even if they did not fit. Mind you, their fitting rooms are closed. So I asked if there was anything else we could do so I wouldn't waste my money (they don't accept refunds) and she just started raising her voice and interrupting me. She didn't even let me decide and just issued the store credit. She had no type of sympathy and I received the worst customer experience ever! I don't understand why they don't accept refunds and why they only do one time exchanges and store credit. I never experienced this at any other store! I understand it's the store policy, but I feel like it's unfair since we cannot try on the clothes in store. If they don't fit or if we don't like the clothes then we are still forced to get store credit and continue shopping there. I feel like if they want to have a one exchange policy and not do refunds they should at least have their fitting rooms open (that way we can buy something that actually fits). If they can't open up the fitting rooms they should life the one time exchange. This whole experience made me realize they're sooo money hungry they don't care about the customer! Even then, I think they should work on the way they provide customer service. I've worked retail and I will never treat a customer the way I was treated today. The manager provided a horrible shopping experience and I was still forced to let them keep my money because of their store policies. Please do not spend your money here and buy else where. If I could give 0 stars I would.
