This company is the most unresponsive I've ever dealt with. Their office staff is incompetent. They send technicians out with no notice to businesses and they are rude. Talk to their clients like they are children. W I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I have no clue how they are still in business.

I love equipment ! The manager Joe is absolutely lovely! I live down the street and visit this location quite frequently. Happy hour is definitely worth checking out -- you can't go wrong with the nachos and sangria. Victoria is in charge of the drinks and she makes them look like art! We will definitely be back

I have a 16 year old Precor Elliptical that needed service for a couple of needs. Gloria at the company provided me with a 4-hour window and called the night before to confirm appointment. Cesar was the repair technician who called and said he was 30 minutes away, within the early part of appointment window. He serviced the machine and fixed all the issues. Cesar was courteous, COVID prepared, and efficient with his time. Completed the service in less than an hour. Highly recommend this business for service on your fitness equipment when it goes outside of warranty. Also suggest that a periodic service of equipment, especially now when home equipment is being used more frequently during "at home orders", as a way to preserve your equipment for a longer time. Kudos to Gloria and Cesar for top notch customer service.

I called... they answered!! I got quick friendly service I highly recommend their service! I needed my treadmill serviced Joel was who came to do the job and he did an excellent job friendly efficient! Definitely do business with them again!

I remember answering a phone call from Dorian introducing himself and Premier Fitness. At the time, our company was really unhappy with the service from our current vendor. We were happy to make the switch when Dorian talked to us as a friend as opposed to a sale. From then on, we have been more than happy with the team, the service and all technicians. Everyone has been extremely friendly and ready to jump whenever we need anything. Really appreciate everyone!
