The person behind the counter was nice enough. However, the diagnostics I paid for were entirely redundant with free diagnostics I had gotten elsewhere. Unfortunately, because I have a specialized car, they were not able to do the work. They did reduce the cost of the diagnostics because they weren't able to do the work, but it still seemed like a waste of money. If there had been an option, I would have given them 2 and 1/2 stars.

I had a flat tire and had to tow my car here at night. The following morning, I spoke with Chet, who was very kind, and got a very reasonable price for a new tire + installation. Although I very obviously do not know enough about cars, I felt I was treated fairly!

Our car died as we pulled just as they were closing. They stayed and fixed what was a minor repair so fast. We were out of there in 30 mins. Amazing service ? long drive. So glad we found this amazing shop.

I purchased an interstate battery for my 911 Carrera a year ago from PA. I had to replace the battery due to it going dead and not being able to hold a charge. Jeff the owner replaced the battery since it was under warranty and told me that I had to drive the car more since it had only 1,000 more miles from the time that I had originally purchased it. No hassle, honest replacement. Seems like an honest place to have your car repaired.

I have been taking my 2005 Subaru Outback to Precision since I drove it cross-country to move here 5 years ago. They have kept it in great shape and been proactive in identifying recalls and any upcoming maintenance issues such as brake pads and batteries. Most recently they discovered a crack in my Transmission Casing causing a slow leaking of Transmission Fluids. We started a search for and found a replacement transmission on eBay Automotive. The Subaru lives to see another decade? Thanks Precision.
