My wife has been a mailbox customer here for more than 14 years. Even though we moved a bit farther away so we don't check the mailbox as often, we have not lost any important mail. We also purchased moving supplies here for when we moved, they have all the custom boxes needed for things like TVs and glassware.

The notary refused to notarize a DMV document (REG 166) releasing the lien on an automobile. He adamantly claimed that the person who is having the lien removed needed to sign, not me, the current lienholder. He refused to acknowledge the following text on the DMV document: "The undersigned lienholder (legal owner of record) certifies release of interest in the vehicle/vessel." Advise you to find a professional notary somewhere else who is more pleasant to work with.

I came here to ship a few packages and the owners, David and Sarah, were very helpful. They compared all of the shipping rates and gave me the best option for my shipping needs. They also do notary so I was able to get that done here as well. They always provide superb customer service. Excellent store to get your shipping needs met.

Came to return a watch. The package was ready with labels and tape. The clerk jumped out of his car when I walked in and told me to leave the package. He told me u couldn't have a confirmation receipt. If i wanted one, I had to go to Kinkos. No, I'm not leaving an expensive item without confirmation. Terrible service.

David was great, kind and polite, this is my se one time that I came to do fingerprint cards because I forgot I needed 2! He also help me keeping my credit card that I had misplaced! Overall is a great service. Many people walk in will I was being help at the same time and he was quick! Definitely stop by for any services, he also answers questions if you give him a call!

Extremely SAFE and reliable private mailbox service. Been coming here for over a year now and whenever I'm out of town I know my packages are in safe hands here, no matter how long I'm gone for. DO NOT RENT A UHAUL. They claim the truck gets 5 MPG and then charges $7/gallon. It's lies and theivery.

Postal Annex in Redondo Beach (King Harbor Plaza)has been really helpful especially in my last minute shipments. The owner has gone out of his way to assist me in packaging safely by packages, as well as making sure they get delivered on time. The owner greats me with a smile and always goes out of his way to accommodate.
