Dr. Lanquetot is amazing. She took such great care of my French bulldog, Blue, who had hurt one of her paws. The front desk and nurses were very accommodating as well.

Called to ask for medical advice that would determine if i brought my pet in or not. Never got to ask my questions - i was put on hold and then forgotten for 10 minutes, only to have my call forwarded to voicemail in the end. Guess i'll be asking and going elsewhere.

I was staying at an AirBNB when my senior cat needed care, and I picked a vet based on proximity. The staff was very polite & professional, and Dr Weigand showed himself to be a compassionate vet. Even though I moved much farther away, I continue to return to PV Village Pet Hospital.

I was able to easily make an appointment online. We were attended to immediately upon arrival. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from the front to the ones who take care of the puppies and kitties in the back. Dr. Francis is so genuine and caring, listened and thoroughly examined my doggy. Check out was a breeze.

I like it. Good open waiting room and lobby. No nonsense vet, doesn’t push unnecessary things and talks directly and plainly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about PV Village Pet Hospital! Dr. Laura Schneider and her incredible team of vet techs and support staff went above and beyond to care for our extremely anxious German Shepherd, Chief. From the moment we walked in, they made Chief feel comfortable and safe, even getting down on the floor to his level to help ease his anxiety.
Dr. Schneider’s expertise and genuine care were evident throughout our visit. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every aspect of Chief’s care, addressing all of our concerns with patience and clarity. The appointment process was seamless, with convenient email reminders, and we received Chief’s medical records and invoice promptly after the visit. What truly sets PV Village Pet Hospital apart is their unwavering dedication to accommodating every need to ensure Chief felt safe and well-cared for. If you have a pet that struggles with anxiety, I wholeheartedly recommend PV Village Pet Hospital. They provide outstanding care with compassion and a personal touch that is truly rare.

Lots of changes at what used to be a super friendly atmosphere however it appears that with the management change has come the proverbial loss of personal touch that was so long associated with Dr. Stacy Fuchino. Ok; it's a vet, they did their job. There are a couple of either training or not caring front desk individuals with one dedicated customer service/reception. The oversell is now part of the protocol. NEVER AGAIN.....

They neglected to tell me crucial information I later had to find MYSELF on my sick cat's lab results that I finally got to look over after asking for them 3 separate times. By the time I finally got them it was too late, my cat died from liver complications, while they told me it was only something wrong with her teeth and that her labs were great. (her teeth were actually perfectly fine and the labs were not great!) So they were actually telling me the complete opposite of what was happening with her. If you don't want to read the whole thing and you're looking for a vet I would simply advise to not go to this one. (I'll never be taking another pet of mine back here.) They told me everything looked good on her full panel of labs, I still asked for the labs twice just so I could look them over while they said they would email them to me but they never did. It wasn't till after her $800+ teeth cleaning procedure that they said they would pull her "bad teeth" and this would help her "teeth problem" but in the end all her teeth were perfectly fine and healthy and all they did was clean them. So it wasn't till after this procedure, which was a week after her labs were taken that I asked for a third time to see her results, where I finally got them and when I looked them over the labs indicated something was wrong with her liver. Meanwhile two veterinarians told me absolutely everything looked good on her lab results. This was extremely disappointing and unfortunate that I had to find out for myself doing my own research and trained veterinarians couldn't even tell me that crucial information about my sick and dying cat. By the time they FINALLY gave me her lab results, it was too late and my baby died a day after that unnecessary teeth procedure. I want to share this so others can be aware of what kind of treatment they actually provide. I would never take another baby of mine here or ever want anyone and their baby to experience this either. I'm sure most understand where i'm coming from, but if i'm possibly coming off as dramatic, all in all trained and licensed veterinarians completely failed to help my sick cat at all and missed crucial information about her liver failing and left me to find out on my own a week later and by then was too late. Also incorporating a completly pointless expensive teeth procedure that was not addressing the issue at all because all her teeth ended up being healthy and all they did was clean them which I could have just done myself. They seem to only care about money and scams in my opinion, I've concluded from my experience, as well as hearing from others experiences. I'm disappointed that I ever trusted them with my baby and never will again.

PV Village pet hospital is the absolute best place ever for pets. I am so thankful that our family was blessed to have had such a loving experience at this hospital. If you are searching for a vet, stop. I love every doctor and especially love vet tech Amanda. Our girl Gabby passed away December 1st and I could not have imagined her last days of life without this amazing extension of our family. Thank you for your un-ending love and care for our sweet girl and our family.
