“You don't have to be local to order from them!!! I wanted to use the company's UPS account to purchase an order, and their customer service was AMAZING! They were quick, considerate, and helpful. Not only did they figure out a way to get the order in without getting charged the shipping, but the communication and requests were just so smooth to work with! No delays or confusion!More Prepared basically has all the emergency equipment you need for your home, office, car, etc. I ordered a few missing items for our office's kits and are now just waiting for the supplies to arrive. I'll come back here to update this review if the items ordered are not as expected. MP prices are slightly more reasonable than our previous vendor too! For now, because of their customer service, I definitely recommend! :)”

“I went from using a chain pharmacy that I absolutely dreaded dealing with to having a pharmacist who knows my name when I walk through the door. When picking up my meds today, another customer came in and said, "Oh it's Bella's (the pharmacist's) birthday!" There is really something to be said about getting services from and supporting a neighborhood business like this. They always fill my meds on time and go out of their way to smooth out any wrinkles with the doctor so that I don't have to deal with anything. They're the best!”

Sarah helped me find the boot that would help just from my description of what I told her. My son walked with that boot until he could see is primary care Dr. He had actually ruptured his Achilles. After surgery he was put in a similar boot. His recovery is very well. Thank you Sarah so much for your kindness, patience and great customer service.”
“GKY Dental Arts really has the right name: dental arts! I had my 2 front teeth veneers done there after a poor job done with another lab. And OMG, Ken from the Torrance lab was so amazing! I have a very complex color/shade to match, and he is a real artist! He took the time with me to really match these veneers with my other teeth: now I can smile with my mouth open without being worried people will see my 2 fake teeth! It is the place to go, and thank you, Ken, you are a real artist!”

“Friendly service. I needed a nebulizer machine for my son asap. They made the process very simple. Multiple staff members, both on the phone and in person explained the process of paying cash versus using my insurance. In the end, they were so affordable we just purchased with cash. Will definitely use them again for any medical supply needs.”

“I ordered an ADA shower curtain and the manufacturing took a bit longer than planned. Olga was very responsive and made sure I was taken care of and kept up-to-date. She has exceptional customer service. The shower curtain is very well made and the color is bright and cheery. I am confident it will last a long time as it is quite thick and sturdy. You never know for sure that you will get the product you thought you would when ordering online, but this product was exactly how it was described on the website and I would not hesitate to purchase again in the future.”
“Just wanted to say that dealing with Golden Cove has been extremely satisfactory from day 1. I live in north Orange County and was a previous customer of a local pharmacy who went out of business. Their business somehow ended up with Golden Cove. I was skeptical with them being so far away, but from ordering to delivery, their service is swift. I have never had one problem with them. “This CNBC is a convenience store inside the LAX airport. It sold products such as snacks, beverages, t-shirts, toiletries, magazines, and neck pillows. As other Yelp reviewers previously mentioned, the prices were high. I was nearing the end of my vacation, and I wanted to buy a thank-you gift for my next-door neighbor who had picked up a package for me while I was away. This CNBC store sold a selection of candies and chocolates, and I selected a box of See's assorted chocolates. I believe that the size of the box of chocolates was one pound, and the cost was $30. For checkout, two cash registers were open. After a short wait, a cashier called me over, and she accurately rang up my purchase. The products and the customer service were overall good and met my needs just fine.”
“We were assigned here by our insurance company when we requested a walker. They were very responsive and nice over the phone. There was some mix up with the paperwork and the workers here were nice enough to help us contact the insurance company to fix it. In the end, we didn't end up getting our walker from here since they didn't carry the exact model we were looking for. Still, they were kind enough to help us figure out how to work with our insurance company to find another supplier. Elizabeth was the nice employee from here who helped us! Great customer service overall!”
“Unfortunately I do need to use compression garments, and this is the best source to get one, I was send and used multiple other vendors for yuzo and jobst customs, but its such a hassle and takes for ever, Sara the girl that does the measuring knows her stuff and is really flexible, and will meet you at your house, therapist, etc. They really make it easy.”

“I was at this place trying to find a walking cane because of the long time injury on my left knee! I could hardly walk because it is so painful. Janet was the person that helped me. She was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She basically asked me some questions and tried to find out why I need a walking cane? She showed me quite a few canes but I didn't like them because I worried about if I tripped the bottom of the cane; that might just be worse. She suggested that I need to treat the pain in my knee and showed me a few knee sleeves. She even tried to put one on for me and asked me to walk a few steps and see how I felt. I was surprised that it made my leg felt more stable and could walk a little better. It's less painful by wearing that knee sleeve. Thank you so much, Janet! I appreciate it very much. I will wear it until I can find a good orthopedic surgeon to operate on my torn knee!”
