I wouldn’t come here if this was the last place that had nicotine during an apocalypse. Place has gone way downhill. Used to be the go to spot as they had such a wide range of products. Now they only have flum, pebble and elf bars which are good and all but that’s not the only thing people smoke. Not only that, only one person working there so if you want to get out in a hurry during a lunch break forget it. Go somewhere else. They have defective vapes too and won’t return it.

Bought a funky republic vape right before i went out of town on friday and it worked well for two hits and then started free firing for 5-10 seconds after every hit and sometimes just out of nowhere. I went back on sunday when i got back from my trip to see if there's anything they can do and they said "no it has to be same day and if i saw you buy it". Well even if I didn't go out of town i bought it right before they closed so how does that work? Honestly if the dude would've given me another vape i would have bought a bunch of zyn, cigars, and kept coming back. But after this - probably wont! If the product you sell is faulty it makes sense to make it right with the customer. Otherwise you might lose more good business.

So I love this shop and the sister "Torrance smoke shop" but I've been getting some good juul pods but most of them leak.. just bought a new pack and the first one already leaked before taking out of package. I still have the box and pods. I wouldn't mind but Juul is very expensive and I don't have money to be wasting like this. I know it's not the shops fault but it would be nice if I can get non leaking pods. Anyways the shop is awesome love both of his shops!! I would give it 3.5/5 just because of the prices but I do understand it's by the beach. Hope I can switch out the juul pods because the ones I got were no good.

Usually a good place, been coming here for a few months now getting disposables. I giving them 2 stars because I had just purchased a disposable yesterday and today it started misfiring and stopped working all together, I went back to the store and they said they wouldn't do anything to help me out. I know the disposable are defective at times, but at least provide a replacement.

Not the nicest people. I came in asking for something specific and they told me to come back in a week. I went back a little over a week to see if they got it and they never did and were extremely rude. Some advice to this store treat others how you'd like to be treated and don't tell people to come back if you know you aren't going to carry a certain product.

Was at the store tonight 2/14 and was treated horrible. I personally don't smoke but when my bro is in town I would take him to the shop to get his smoke been going for may Year tonight was the last time. Customer service sucked it sad

Best smoke shop in the LA “area” I searched a looooong time before I found the perfect smoke shop and this is it!!! They’ve got a great selection and all the best brands for dabbing like MAV glass, Vector torches/lighters, Skillet Tools, Dime Bags, Nectar Collectors and SO much more! Best customer service around and they’re open till 11pm!!! It’s THE place to go for all your smoking needs!!
