I've had a box here for 4 years. Never a problem. The owner is a great guy. Funny reading some bad reviews here considering I've never had a problem and always received great customer service. Sometimes customers are stupid and I don't blame the owner for not caring about them. If you look at the bad reviewers you can often see they give bad reviews to everybody. For some reason they like causing pain onto others. Should see a psychologist for help instead of lashing out at people just making a living. Life is short. Get a life disgruntled customers.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS I have come across in my life. I am a Customer Service Corporate Trainer and I'm actually using this experience for future training of what NOT to do. I called on 9/11 and spoke to the owner, who answered the phone, and was EXTREMELY RUDE. When he answered the phone he said, "Hello?" No name, nothing. I wanted to make sure I had the correct company, so I said, "Who do I have the pleasure of speaking with?" He replied, "NO ONE." and HUNG UP! I was in SHOCK. I called back twice, when he answered the phone and I told him what I was looking to do and I didn't appreciate him hanging up on me, when all I wanted to do was pay him for an entire year of service for my sister. He replied, "I am extremely busy and I don't care." and HUNG UP AGAIN. What? Stay away from this business, If this is how he treats prospective customers, can you imagine the lack of customer service existing ones receive. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

This has been my mailbox for 17 years now. I love the previous owner and I love the new found owner of this business. From both owners, I have always received outstanding customer service! I will always support this business as long as they stand. The location is in a nice environment and the prices for a box are very reasonable! I love how organized and convenient this facility is. They are very considerate of people's time and offer so much at this mailbox! Give them a try and let them prove to you how amazing this mailing company is! I'll start this review by saying there is an actual UPS store literally 3 minutes away and the employees there scanned my packages and gave me a receipt within a minute of me walking in. This place however the guy was pretty rude, the door was open and I walked into the office area because that looks like it's what you're supposed to do. When he finally walked in he told me I needed to get out of the office - understandable I suppose, but still rude considering there was no signage, the door was open & I'm not clairvoyant. Then I say I need to drop off my pre paid ups packages. He just takes them and throws them on a shelf and tells me they will go out tonight... when I asked him for a receipt for my packages (for proof that I did drop them in case they go missing) he tells me it will be 20 minutes as he is in the middle of something. This is ridiculous as it takes less than 30 seconds to weigh and scan the packages and print out a receipt - as just proven by the process I just experienced at an actual ups store. Either he is plain ignorant of good customer service or he planned on making my packages disappear- either way I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I've been a customer for 20+ years and would never think to bring my packaging or mail boxes anywhere else. Brett and Jesse provide high quality professional mail services. Pricing is very fair and you'll receive proactive notifications when your packages have arrived. They also add that personal touch and that is so rare today. We're lucky to have such a great local company like this in Redondo Beach. Highly recommended!!

I have been using this company for my small business mail box for about 5 years. Brett and Jess are great people to do business. every transaction is smooth and enjoyable. It's nice to see people try to grow their business and build reputation with the community!!

5 stars for this very accommodating business. If you need notary services, definitely see Jessey. We needed multiple will and trust documents to be notarized and some forms needed 2 non-related witnesses. Due to our almost complete lack of social circle besides our family and a lack of time, we were only able to get 1 person. Jessey's dad (co-owner) was willing to be present and act as a witness for us. She even gave me her cell phone # and we texted to coordinate the day and time. She had also offered to travel to us at no cost (to an event we would have 2 non-related people at), but we ended up notarizing at their business location. Time was of the essence to get these documents taken care of... and they did not have to be so friendly and helpful. We will be back if we ever need notary services or a PO Box. Thank you again!!
