The day started off with my battery died by way of not closing the car door last night. My appointment was at 10 am so at 9:30 I went to move the car from the garage but no juice. So I called Luis to reschedule but instead Luis said he would use his starter cables and go on from there. His cables could not reach the front of my vehicle so we agreed I would call AAA but again instead of canceling Luis said he would go and get coffee while I waited for AAA. AAA came Luis returned as promised and while my car recharged he proceeded with our original plan. I am so thankful Luis didn't give up on me because what he did to my 1999 vehicle was absolutely UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Luis literally gave my 1999 baby a surgical facelift. I am so happy with his patience, his going beyond expectations and stellar work ethic. I will without any hesitation call Luis again and again. Thank you Luis PJ one happy customer

I am soooooo pleased with the work that Luis did on my car!! It looks better than when I first bought it! His attention to detail is impeccable. He is hard working and polite. He is a true professional. I'm so glad that I now have a go-to detail guy! Yippee!!! Luis is the best!!!!

My daughter's car needed a very deep cleaning inside and out. Luis did a wonderful job. It's an 8 year old car and he made it look almost new, even the engine. His prices are very reasonable as well.

I'm glad I used this service. Luis was on time and spent 3 hours on my car. The price was cheap compared to others. My old car was sparkling clean inside and out afterwards. Very happy with the service.

Saved myself a lot of $. I had already clipped coupons to use for several car wash detail places around me, but stumbled upon Luis's mobile detailing reviews on Yelp. Now I'm glad I did and very satisfied with the detail job. Car almost looks brand new! I will also add I have dog a who rides the passenger seat. Take a look, spotless. Just used Luis's services for the first time this morning. He is super professional - he showed up 10 minutes early, called the day before to confirm, and is a good communicator. All he needed was some space (my driveway) and an outlet for his vacuum. I was honestly blow away when I got in my car. He did an incredible job. every nook and cranny was cleaned and it smells great! I will definitely be using his services again. I feel this was 100% worth the price and the 25% tip I left him, which I decided to do based on how happy I was with the detailing.

Luis was very communicative. We had some scheduling issues due to the rain but he stayed in touch with me until the weather cleared up enough for him to detail two of my cars. He was punctual and very professional. He left the cars in great condition. He even apologized because he didn't leave them to HIS satisfaction but I am very happy with the result. Our 4Runner is used for road trips with kids and our dog so it gets a lot of hair, dirt, mud, grease, food... and mystery stains. We are very happy with the result and would def. hire him again for any other detailing job.

Mr. Luis did an amazingly wonderful job on our car, 2013 Prius C, today! Our neighbors have this shrubbery next to our driveway and it dirties up our car so badly (its beyond annoying that it happens!). It had been a long time since I have been able to get our car professionally cleaned, considering I just had my 2nd kiddo and my oldest is only 2 1/2 years old, I don't have time to take it somewhere to get it cleaned to either drop off or wait for. I read the reviews on yelp and decided to reach out to Mr. Luis. He comes to your house (which is perfect for a mom with little ones) and said it would take about 3 hours (I was like holy moly my car has never had that kind of care). Mr. Luis arrived early and was so lovely! He was very professional and said his goal was to make our car look brand new again. Boy did he! He got the yellowie stuff that is on the glass of the headlights off plus all the caked on shrubbery debri that comes with being parked in our driveway. I am about to start back to work on Monday driving from Redondo Beach to Santa Clarita everyday and now I am looking forward to it thanks to Mr. Luis. We had another appointment later in the morning and we were able to leave him to finish up. You can tell that Mr. Luis takes pride in what he does, is thorough, trustworthy and knows his stuff. My hubby was so impressed by him as he was a little skeptical at first but when we got back and he saw the car and how long Mr. Luis worked on the car, which was a lil over 3 hours, he had me find out if he would do our family SUV and how much he would charge. Mr. Luis is now our go to for getting both our cars cleaned! Thank you again Mr. Luis!
