Everyone was very nice, not pushy to sell something, and the whole experience was so positive. Bill took care of all my questions regarding the sofa I wanted, and I couldn’t feel better about the purchase.

I've always made my purchase online, but this time I wanted to go in person, feel and see the comfort of my purchase. I am so glad I did. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming as I walked through the store trying to make up my mind as to what sectional to bring home. The staff was so polite and kind to my baby and mom as they came along with me to help me make my decision. Will definitely be going back soon.

If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would. Was an hour late on delivery and told my brother if he had to pick up his kids that he should’ve scheduled another day like they weren’t the ones who were late!?!? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! HEAVILY DISSATISFIED GO TO JEROMES OR SOMEWHERE ELSE ❤️

I had a terrible experience at this furniture store. The customer support was abysmal, with long wait times and unhelpful responses. The staff was shockingly rude, treating me like an inconvenience rather than a customer. When I finally got assistance, they were dismissive and condescending, showing a complete lack of professionalism. The overall experience was unwelcoming, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality service or a pleasant shopping experience.

If you want your furniture delivered on time please shop elsewhere. They were over two hours late and when I called customer service the lady was so rude and sacastic. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced ?

I gave Living Spaces, the highest star. When ordering & paying for my bed, they took as much time as needed to be thorough and precise. I walked away feeling my purchase was appreciated. The manager, Lorena, was patient in responding to my series of questions.

Bill was great! He was very helpful in picking our recliner and offered us lots of options for colors and features. The store is clean and well organized. We were greeted at the door and the transaction was easy and seamless.

I must say I’m very upset with the experience at this store after they accepted my payment. For one, I had to wait a week for my items to arrive because they were not available at the store and than when the delivery happened. Nothing happened as it should have. When the delivery guys arrived they were missing the base to an egg chair that I ordered, which absolutely makes no sense given that it should be all in the same shipment so it’s somewhere in the warehouse or somewhere at the store where I purchased it through. They arrive with my order and then get on the phone with someone at the store to inform me that the piece was left behind and they would come back today yhe next day to deliver it. I got not one call saying it’s on the way today as I was told yesterday and had to call them today to find out that nothing was even on the delivery schedule for me.To say this is so disappointing is an understatement. I get that today is a holiday but the store is open and they promised me it would arrive today. I did not forget to order the piece of furniture, they did and now I have to wait for them to deliver it another day. At this point I want to return everything and not deal with this anymore. I am waiting at home on a holiday for a shipment that was never even scheduled. Not a way to run a business!
