5/5 star review, thanks Luis and team for exceptional service at competitive prices that went above and beyond my expectations. After my last visit that I was overdo for, on top of the work I had paid for, they also detailed the inside of my vehicle, polished the exterior and replaced something that was broke without additional cost.
I don’t plan on going anywhere for my Lexus maintenance work.

I’m indebted to the entire team at Lexology for recognizing and subsequently fixing a mistake a local dealership made when replacing the radiator less than 3 months ago. As I was getting ready to move halfway across the country, I brought my prized possession in for routine maintenance, alignment, and an overall inspection. Though the news was unfortunate and frustrating with such a short deadline (my fault for planning), my previous visits here gave me the confidence that they would fix it the right way. Lexology went above and beyond in every way to make sure I could get to my destination (and future destinations) safely. I’m grateful that there are people who care about my vehicle as if it were their own AND their willingness to work with my schedule.
TL;DR Version: Trustworthy. Genuine (parts and people). Great Business Practices-communication, pricing, cleanliness, you name it.

My family are long time loyal customers of Lexology. Mike and his staff are honest, reliable and skilled mechanics. They are trustworthy and we can trust their diagnosis. Their prices are competitive and beat the dealer hands down. The staff are professional and always responsive. Alex is great, always welcoming and takes care of business. The shop is clean, welcoming and has a very comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend Lexology!

I've taken many of my Lexus cars to this place and they have always been knowledgeable about what was needed and reasonable about their prices. I recently brought my Mother's 2003 ES300 and it had never been formally been serviced in over five years. They were able to quickly assess all the problems and had it ready to go in a few days at a great price. I was so happy that I added in some body work and they also gave me a great price on that. It only added one more day too. The staff I spoke to were all friendly and responsive through texts, emails and phone calls to let me know what was going on. I got updates and never surprised about any costs. They explained every problem and why it was needed and then helped me prioritize what was important while deferring others. I was impressed with their speed and professionalism.

Total B.S. and Salesmen! I see all the good reviews and stars so my hunch is this review will fall on deaf ears. At least I'll feel better by therapy-writing. I purchased an older car from a friend who took great care of the vehicle. It was more than ten years old and within striking distance of 150,000 miles.I took it to Lexology because of the great reviews. I knew the car needed an oil change.When I returned to pick up the car, I was presented with a rambling (and convincing) laundry list of "necessary" repairs that were deemed urgent. My head was spinning listening to this long and winding road of repair, after repair, after repair described. No joke, I think six different repairs were suggested and strongly recommended.We're talking north of $15,000 and I'm not exaggerating for effect.Here's the punchline. I went on to drive this car for another YEAR without a problem! I recently took it to a friend's honest and reliable mechanic (who he has known for forty years). All it needed was new tires and new rear struts. Otherwise? Clean bill of health. $2,400 all in. Can you believe I considered giving Lexology $15K a year ago?If you live in Hermosa, and have money to burn? Knock yourself out. But there's a reason their facility is so impressive and they own and are acquiring quite the local real estate portfolio. It's like those pretty hotels in Vegas. They're pretty because the sucker-gamblers are paying for them.

Lexology was very responsive to looking at my car before deciding what we needed to do. Alex was courteous and knowledgeable. They are very reasoble price-wise and customer service matters at this business. This is an A+ rating well-deserved.

If there was a 12 rating I would give it to Lexology. I have been their customer for over 5 years even though I live in Venice and they are in Hermosa Beach. After a few visits you become part of their family. On my last appointments there was no charge when they could not find the problem. They are the pre-eminent prius shop for the South Bay. I've been taking both my cars here for years. Alex is simply the best. They don't pressure you to do anything you don't want to and they are competitively priced. They don't gouge you like the dealerships. Mike is also a stand up guy and they are overall Toyota and Lexus experts. If you're looking for trustworthy, look no further!!

I had a traffic ticket for “no front license plate display”. My car (Mazda) was from another state, so it didn’t have holes on the front bumper for the plate. I had to drill it, but I didn’t have a drill. It was a Saturday, and I googled places that open around me. Only Lexology was open. I got there, and very nice people who work there started to help me. They checked my car and my bumper. They told me to come back on Tuesday, and they will do it for me. Today, they placed my front license plate. I asked them how much, but they said it is ok. I can’t believe that there are still places on Earth that are not only about money. People who work in Lexology are so kind, nice, and very helpful. Their office is amazing. They specialize in Lexus and Toyota, I believe. That made me want to buy Lexus or Toyota to have a service from them :) I highly recommend this service shop to everyone. I feel so happy today, and they made my day. Thank you very much, Lexology!!!

Lexology is a rare place. It's dealership level workmanship and facilities with family owned customer service and pricing. If you have a Toyota or Lexus look no further than lexology. I have lived all over the country and I'm a complete gear head. I own many vehicles and I've been too many shops and dealerships in the last 20 years. Usually you get to pick two out of the three qualities in a mechanics shop: Customer Service, workmanship, and affordability. At lexology you get all 3. I have been taking my gx460 here since 2019. I have always been impressed by the knowledge and customer service. Let's put it this way I drive over an hour to get to these guys every time I need something done on my truck. It's worth the trek to have it done fight. Ask for Alex. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. he has always made my experience at lexology positive. It's never fun spending money on car maintenance but it's easier when you know that you have honest people working on your vehicle.

Alex and his team are top notch. Prompt and knowledgeable service. Friendly and straight to the point helpful. After another shop couldn't figure out what was squeaking in my suspension, I brought my Tacoma in and Alex quickly found the issue that was eluding other "experts" and had me back on the road in less than a day. I'll be taking my truck and Subaru back to Lexology next time I need service for sure. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I don't want it to get too busy at the shop! Thanks Lexology team - keep up the great work.
