The staff was not very helpful at the PCH
location in Redondo Beach!! I have spent thousands of dollars at this store on glasses, and it's hard for me to pick out a pair of frames when I can't see in the first place. I was told to pick out some frames while they helped 5 people around me. I was so disappointed and the customers just stared at me along with the employees, I felt as though they were talking and laughing at me. I found them to be discriminatory, and only helped the customers that they wanted to help. I even called to talk to a manager to voice my concerns, and was brushed off. I was told that a manager would call me and never did. I'm going to contact corporate to reiterate my concerns. I will not be going back to this location, I'd rather give my money to another eyeglass business elsewhere!!

As I entered the store I was well greeted by 2 store employees. Mark assist me & helped me with my concerns with a lost pin which held my handle to my shades. He took care of my concerns and questions. Great customer service

Doctor spent barely any time with me and gave me a bad prescription. New glasses were noticeably bad. Went to a different place and got a correct, significantly different prescription.
The lenses themselves are cheap polycarbonate. Had a huge amount of chromatic aberration. Nobody warned me this would be the new material (old glasses were Trivex). I was repeatedly lied to and told this would go away with time. Untrue—those distortions are inherent to the lens material.

I walked in to have two of my Ray Ban sunglasses repaired and Ceasar took care of me. Finished in 30 minutes, free of charge, and cleaned my sunglasses! Excellent customer service all around!

Ceasar fixed my glasses today. I got hit by a basketball and my glasses got bent way out of shape. He took his tools and worked his magic, and now my glasses look as good as new. Thank you!
