I had the most incredible experience I walk in here thinking they did drug testing , the wonderful lady told me immediately that they didn’t have that there and called her supervisor who made a courtesy appointment right before closing ! Thank you Sandra and to your receptionist in Redondo Beach I forgot to ask her name. Saved me from my Nursing program , wonderful to know there is still people who care ?

Do NOT close for lunch breaks; that practice is archaic. Flex hours among employees around lunchtime. You should be catering to your patients and not YOU. Sometimes OUR jobs allow stringent lunch breaks of 12-1 pm. You don't help the situation because you are closed at lunchtime and shut your door at 4 pm. Kindly give it some thought? I am a relocated resident/patient from the East Coast who is running into all sorts of obstacles with health care in California (this is one of them). Thank you!

This place is a joke. They never return phone calls. They LOST my specimen. Had the nerve to say "I can see something in the computer but we don't have it". Don't waste your time and effort here.

The people at Lab Corps in Walgreens do not return phone calls. In person, they are not helpful and borderline rude.

I really don't like to go to any Labcorp. In Redondo there is nobody at the desk anymore and you have to put your info into a computer. Extremely impersonal. The waiting room is very small and it was full of people. There was no way to distance yourself from other people.Staff is polite and I don't fault them but I'll try to avoid Labcorp.

I went in for blood work, after having surgery the day before. KEVIN was great! He was empathetic and gentle.

I do not recommend this Lab Corp. I went to this Lab Corp twice and both times, the phlebotomists had a hard time drawing my blood. The phlebotomists punctured me again and again and kept moving the needles in my veins which is very painful and damaged my veins. Then another phlebotomists had to try. Additionally, this Lab Corp submitted my blood test as "medically unnecessary" for filing insurance claim and as a result, my insurance did not cover it. I went to this Lab Corp for routine blood work that my insurance always covered. But the phlebotomists at this Lab Corp are inexperienced and they made a mistake on my insurance claim. Now I have to pay for the blood test myself. This is unacceptable.

Have used this facility for years. Use to make an appointment. But in the last few years I've had to wait at least a half hour or more with an appointment. Last time no appointment and was out of there in forty minutes. Main bad point is they never seem to answer the phone Ever. And if you do manage to get to the answering machine they have never called back Anyways. ?

Th.e technician drawing blood had trouble getting the blood. She did not inspect the arms to see where the best veins were or give good instructions of when I should squeeze or relax. My friend had same experience later in the day. not sure if it was the same technician who didn't have visible name tag or introduce herself. This was my first visit at this location and was very disappointed. Labcorp has a computer system that matches up with my healthcare provider while UCLA does not. Bummer On the urine sample, a worker in the back told me to put the sample in the "bucket_The only bucket there was a hazardous waste red bucket. So I start to put it in there thinking how strange that was, and she says "the other bucket". "Where?" So I see the table and the medium sized plastic bins and I tell her that those aren't called BUCKETS . They are plastic bins, or plastic boxes, or containers. If the signs on the table had been larger they would have been more visible. (Or if placed at eye level on the wall) And for the record, ease of making an appt online.. Excellent Ease of checkin with scan code...Excellent On time...Excellent But I would rather have an excellent blood draw.. I'd rate mine C minus, and my friend rated hers a D.

Alanna and Gabriella are by far the warmest, most welcoming team members I've ever encountered as the first faces of a business. Knowledgeable, wise, informative, and happy ! Genuinely care about each patient. And for me this is extremely important especially when it's a healthcare facility, every question I have the answer thoroughly and with patients. And they even expedited the process for me without even asking. Hands-down the best team girls I've ever seen at front office of a small business !

I don't understand why these people have a monopoly on the testing. It certainly reflects on their attitude, the people are snooty and you can tell they want to be anyplace else. they are slow and incompetent. one time I had a girl stick me 4 times unsuccessfully before finally calling in a more experienced nurse...by then my arm was black, blue and bruised..it took over a week for the bruising to go away. I am a 21 gallon blood donor and in over 40 years of donations never once has that happened to me. one time I showed up at labcorp (with an appointment) and they said the wait time would be 2 hours. Really? this place isn't even big enough to have 2 hours worth of patients waiting. what a joke this company is...but they dont care...their making zillions....so once again...where else can you go? nowhere...and they know it.
