I want to thank the staff (the two ladies in the office and Keo) for helping me out today. I was driving to an appointment and got a flat tire. Though my tire was not in stock they put on my spare with no hesitation. I am so appreciative. I would use your service because of this great customer service.

Outstanding service! Was referred to them via Costco auto online (so a discount plus the Coscto brand behind the work). Very easy to make an appointment for the next business day (would have had to wait 3 weeks for the local Land Rover dealer). Dawn was friendly and proficient in checking me in. Mike called me with the update / explanation of repairs needed. He was thorough and informative — like the best teachers you had in high school. Felt very comfortable making decisions on what needed to be done. EXCELLENT prices — had full service plus two new tires done. Will definitely come back and tell family and friends.

This is the best auto repair shop and tire business I have ever been to. I have been taking my cars here for years. I always receive excellent customer service. My car repair issues are resolved quickly and with constant communication as to what is happening and why. I believe this is an honest business. As a woman, I do not feel I am being taken advantage of. Everything is explained in detail as to why I need to have it done and how much it will cost up front. I appreciate Mike and all the team. I have purchased tires here also. I believe the price is always fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you Independent repair for taking good care of my cars.
