Their machinery does not work on the side of the vehicle, but they say they use a scrub brush in the beginning of the car wash. The equipment is old and worn out the components that washed the vehicle are dirty and torn and the water that’s recycled smells wretched. I would not recommend this to anyone for the $25 it takes for them to be ready for washing the vehicle.

Disappointing. Spent $350 for a complete interior and exterior detail. They ignored problem areas like floor mats and the steering wheel, and there was still a lot of dust and pet hair. Not the quality I expected for the price.

Got bamboozled into paying for the Executive Wash because he gave me a 5$ discount - pretty sure I didn’t even get a wax, car still had excessive water and dirt spots, didn’t get the air freshener, sand on my mats weren’t vacuumed all the way. Pretty disappointed if that is supposed to be their best quality wash. Should’ve just gotten the basic.

Cost is to high. They try to really up sale you.

I work across the street from this car wash so have been going there for quite a while, and used to be happy. Well, at least if was ok for the price (I usually had basic wash for $24). Don’t know what happened but it’s been awful lately. I got a new car so decided to ‘treat it better’. As a result $55 for a dirty car that I needed to clean myself after their car wash. Stains that come off rather easily with a little more wiping, interior seemed not to be vacuumed or dusted, and I can’t smell that vanilla air freshener I paid for. Is there any difference between $24 and $55 worth wash? I thought there should be. Very disappointed for the second time in a raw. Won’t come again and will tell all my colleagues what a bad experience this was. Wish I took some pictures but I was so angry that started frankly wiping everything myself and threw away some pieces of paper and leaves that were sitting on the seats.

Paid $65 for an outside only wash as they said car had to be hand washed. Not even a great wash. Feels we got ripped off and they had bad attitudes and were unfriendly.

I chose Hollywood Riviera Car Wash because it was 2 blocks from my office. I recently had some paint damage to my car during the Pineapple ? Express rainstorms when someone turned into my lane at LAX arrivals. I didn't realize the damage until after the storms ended. I wasn't sure if the damage could be repaired with a simple clay and wax job. I was on the verge tears as I arrive Hollywood Riviera Car Wash, since I'm positive Juan the manager , wouldn't be able to fix my problem and I would have to make an insurance claim. He assured me that he could resolve the issue. There was no wait , and I was seen right away. 2.5 hours later, I received a call to retrieve my car. As I walked up to my SUV , relief washes over me in an awesome way . Not only because the paint damage issue has been resolved, but my SUV looks better than when I drove it from the dealership after purchase. Juan and his staff are consummate professionals, and I would highly recommend this business for any of your vehicle professional detail needs. It's obvious from results that exceeded my expectations, that I need to leave it to the professionals. Thank you Juan for a humbling and positive experience.

We have four family cars and have been coming to Riviera Car Wash for 20+ years. I typically get the Executive car wash which is $65. The last few times the vehicle has come through the wash and allowed to sit for 20 minutes, leaving water spots on the paint. Today, I raised the issue with the manager. There was no recognition or apology for the bad service... just gave me my money back. I will not be returning.Redondo Car Wash is just 5 minutes away. Will be taking my business there.

Just wanted to give props to the gentleman on duty the weekend of 10/21/2023, I think his name was Jose but I'm not certain. A piece of expensive sporting equipment, a carbon fiber paddle handle fell out of my trunk. I didn't notice til I was far away and retraced steps. He had seen it happen and grabbed it for me and flagged me down when I returned! What a guy! Thank you so much!

Terrible wash paid 60$ for in n out w rims . Rims weren't cleaned inside was barely cleaned at all. They neglected that I had to leave my car on or else it would start again after going through the machine .no I'm sitting here for the next hour.

Our first time here and at first the employees were kind and friendly. However, we were charged an extra fee that wasn't disclosed when we chose our package and add one. So when my husband asked the attendants attitude completely changed. They were rude and continued talking about us to one another not knowing my husband spoke Spanish. The manager had to get involved and needless to say we will not come back here.
