I’ve visited several Grocery Outlet locations (DTLA, Burbank, Long Beach) where dogs are welcomed, but my experience at the North Redondo location was disappointing. The woman who asked me to leave had seen me approaching the store while she was putting out the shopping carts, but she didn’t inform me about the no-dog policy until after I had already walked in and started grabbing the items I needed. I had just come back from the vet on a hot summer day and didn’t want to leave my dog in the car. At the Lomita location, the cashier was surprised to hear this, as they allow dogs there. A bit more consistency and clearer communication across locations would improve the shopping experience.

On 17th of September I was accused and humiliated by the owner (karie stepanski) when she approached me in front of everyone one for stealing socks. At first when she approached me, she said she WITNESSED me stealing socks. When she realized I wasn't stealing she didn't even apologize she just ran back to her office. Do not shop here

The 2nd time I bought bad meat from this store I purchased ground beef from here and I was sick as hell after eating it, yesterday I purchased shrimp and ? it was spoiled. The only reason I don't care it back is because I didn't realize until I cooked it. Get it together ugh

The staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, and dismissive toward people who have the need for service dogs. A large, older woman challenged my ADA right to to be accompanied by a service dog in public spaces. I can’t believe she’s the owner! There is no amount of grocery savings that is worth this woman’s treatment of her customers and dead rats in her parking lot.

I love coming here for "treasures hunting". Groceries, toiletries, cosmetics, cleaning products and much more. I even found a vitamin that made my hair grrrrrow! And my favorite hair pins.

Always Great Prices and Selection & It Is Fun to Shop There: The staff is friendly. It feels like a local country market. We shop every week for our groceries and we are foodies and follow the Dirty Dozen/Clean 15 lists. They have great quality in veggies, especially the mushrooms; They are the same as Whole Foods and Sprouts. I like natural skin care products. They always have some brands that I like at great prices.
