This car wash completely screwed up my BMW X5’s paint. I have a brand new black BMW and I wanted to have a good hand wash to avoid any kind of swirls on the car. I waited upstairs as my son was invited to a birthday party. After 1 hour, I came back to find my car in a terrible condition. The car had DEEP DEEP swirls. I do not believe they hand washes this car. Their tools are terrible. I strongly recommend NOT to take your car here especially if you have a nice one.

Took 45 minutes for just a basic wash while it wasn’t crowded. Pulled up, no one there to help me. Went inside, no one to help me. Car sat waiting to get dried for 25 minutes. Would not recommend.

Jose the manager always take good care of me and my car. The service at green street auto spa is outstanding , and they have honestly that make a great customer service. Rate 10/10 they hit it out the park of how they care for customer needs and make it there priority for you to leave happy.After your car come out the wash and it wet it never sit in the sun baking so it does not leave water spots. It under the garage which is shaded. There team run in sync because they all work together to help each other out . Which I admire with good people like them . I been a returning customer for them for a long time . So I am happy there standards is still there from when I first came to them.

Excellent service, ambiance, prices, clean remodeled bathroom, it's the best car wash I've ever been to. Jose is incredible!

They did a great job here and saw that the guy came back to make sure it was clean I would go back again I paid $270 for the clay and wax detail so next time will just go for a regular wash they are friendly nice and professional FYI they don’t take any rain checks either which kinda sucks if it rains the day after.
