Do NOT buy from this place. I purchased items three days ago. One of the items which contained a small spring was damaged when I opened it. ($6.00 item) Today, I presented the item just asking for a simple exchange. It turned into an ugly situation. He basically called me a liar, raised his voice, would not listen to any reason, and was a complete nasty and offensive A-hole. Does not stand by his products, rude, arrogant and certainly does NOT need to be supported within our community. Literally, Im sorta speechless concerning the way I was dealt with.

They are over priced the Novo 4 is $25.99 and they are charging $44.99 that's way over priced don't go there unless you want to get ripped off

Love this smoke shop!! It's so quaint and yet has such a variety of glass, materials, and lighters! I went in to find a bong stem replacement, and they had exactly what I was looking for!! Will definitely be keeping this place as my primary shop!!
