I want to thank Jesus, the store manager, for assisting me with a car issue. I had come to the store to look for artwork. However, when I parked my car, my key, with the chip, fell apart. Luckily, Jesus was accepting donations, and I asked if he would help me.He stopped what he was doing, and he got a small screwdriver. He preceded to fix the key which kept me from being stranded. I was from out of town and needed to drive home to get a spare. If he hadn't have taken his time, I would not have been able to get home. Not only was he thoughtful, kind and professional, but the rest of the staff was as well. There were plenty of nice items, but I didn't find what I needed. However, Jesus makes going to this Goodwill a pleasant experience. We need more people like him. Twila

staff extremely disrespectful. nobody at register to collect money. when I called later to complain, the lady who answered the phone just laughed at me and called me Larry. when I finally spoke to the assistant manager he said that the store manager is named Larry and likes to prank the staff by calling in pretending to be an unhappy customer. I've had the same relentless problem of coming into this shop and when I go to check out there is nobody to take my money. the fact that the cashier saw me standing there waiting but chose to ignore me further infuriates me. they should just close this store. if the manager thinks his job is playing telephone pranks so that real customers just get laughed at-- how professional can the rest of the staff be?

Manager was super nice but let me know that you can't do exchanges from any other goodwill store there.

One of the better thrift stores in the area, they are well organized and it's a clean store too. Great for regular clothing, that old style you like, and lots of other items. I donate here frequently too. They are adding space too, taking over the old store space next door (October 2023).

I like to buy educational toys. I had two products from the same brand that were practically the same, only one was more expensive than the other. The cashier went to ask the man in charge of the store if they could give me both at the same price. The cashier came back and told me that the man said “that he couldn't do anything about it.” I left a product. I thought of course you can do something about it, they are practically the same toys and they are donations.
The first time I went to that store I asked that man a question about the store's discounts and he answered me in a bad way. He lacks education. For his part, he has given me poor service. I won't go to that store again.

I find it highly suspicious that literally all the tags are of one or two color, yet the weekly color special is no where to be found. I walked in today (Monday) and was looking through the clothes and noticed every item's tag was orange with a few pink. This week's weekly color special is purple. There was no purple. I've been to this shop a lot in the past and would see all colors usually presented. But today. Nope! Just orange and pink tags. What happened to yellow, blue, green, etc.? I would understand if I went in on a Friday and there were no purple. But even then, you're telling me that everyone has purchased all the purple already?!?! Or did they retag the clothes to another color? Or did they all take out the purple? Not sure. But seems very suspicious and very unethical busines practice if they did. I went to another Goodwill and saw all colors. So what gives?!?!

Tried to go here with a big container full of nice clothes to drop off and donate to them but the older guy working there was very rude to me and said i couldnt drop off my clothes and keep my container, they would need to keep my container which I didnt want to donate. Wont ever be going here again. Salvation store right across gladly took my donations and let me keep my container!

I've been here exactly three times with donations and have been rejected each time. I don't understand why they call it a donation center when you can't donate anything. Each time, I've had less than a laundry basket worth of everyday household items.

Great store for so many things from cool Ts, vintage clothes at a fraction of the cost of hipster stores, nice finds like artwork kitchenware. They kind of have it all. Finish here and then walk half a block to the Salvation Army store and start again.
