Honest, reliable, and friendly service. Always bring my quartz watches here for new batteries. Brought one in today to get a new one and they changed battery for free; was told, "We guarantee our batteries for 2 years and we changed this one last year, so no charge this time."

I came in last week after I broke a chain on my favorite necklace and the man in the shop was able to fix it that day. I waited about an hour and came back and my necklace was fixed. I was very happy with the customer service.

Here to give props to Diego Corona and Golden Boutique Jewelers! I needed a fresh battery for one of my favorite watches, so I stopped by during my lunch hour. Diego took good care of my watch, put in a new battery, and noticed it was missing a band loop and got that going for me as well -- all for a good price! Fast too: I was in & out in under 10 mins! Thanks Diego -- I have more watches coming your way.

I was looking for a repair shop to fix a broken piece of jewelry because the owners of the store where I used to bring it retired. I did go by Google reviews and, based on other users reviews, I took it to Golden Jewelry in Redondo Beach. I picked it up today. Honestly, it looks brand new from the box. You cannot tell how busted it was. The service was quick, they gave me a courtesy call during the week and the prise was very reasonable. The repair was very professional and Diego, who seems to be very experienced, was honest in his estimate on the amount of repair needed. I do not have a lot of jewelry but whenever I need a repair, I don't think I'll ever take it anywhere else.

I don't like to write negative reviews especially when this business came highly recommended but I think I must. My reading glasses broke last week so Del Amo Optometry recommended I go to this place to have them fixed. I took them in 2 weeks ago and the son said they could fix them and Charged me $25. Picked them up a couple days later went to put them on they broke again so I went back the father fixed them again. I came home they broke again so I took them back today and spoke it to the father and asked for a refund and he explained to me that they're too hard to Sauter because they're plastic not metal and I kindly asked why he didn't tell me that at the beginning and not take them and charge me $25 he didn't really have a good response but he refused to give me my $25 back so now I'm back to square one with broken reading glasses and out $25. I have to admit I'm bummed because the shop is walking distance from my house and I would've loved to start using them but not now.

Woo-hoo I had a hard time finding a jewelry repair after moving from Calabasas but I finally did it. Definitely worth exploring for the quality jewelry available. I got a gem ? placed on an old ring that I was going to consider retired and it looks brand new! Ring sizing is reasonably priced and the service is fast. The service is friend and exemplary. The definition of flawless!
